Goretober Day 26: Puppet On A String Seems someone was caught in a web of lies. -------------------------------
Thank god I finished this one, this was honestly very difficult to draw. Especially the chest. And at the same time I felt really fucking bad while making this.. especially because it's a character from something I'm apart of that I absolutely love.. :(
This was also kinda based on a Ref Base I saw somewhere, if I find it I'll leave a link to it. (Please don't assume I'm stealing, I do not intend to do that and won't tolerate theft. Please forgive me.)

Side note: Though this one was a pain in the ass to sketch, in the end it became easier to trace over and color, it was worth it! Also, the pose is a reference to an animated music video that became popular on Youtube, Tiktok and through other animations. Think you can guess?

Fun fact! A spider has two segments: a cephalothorax (which literally translates to head-body) and an abdomen (the big part at the end why they keep all their organs). All of a spider’s legs are attached to their cephalothorax, so if we’re talking human anatomy, you’d have both your legs and your arms on your chest/face!
A more biological twist for some of the chapter 7 guys! Me being me, I love icky little guys, so here’s some iterations based on the hammerhead worm and medicinal leech respectively! (Fun fact: most images of blood-sucking leech mouths are actually lamprey mouths! This is probably because lamprey mouths are terrifying and I’ll leave it at that. Leeches have a triangular set of teeth that leaves a triangular mark when they bite.
(Sorry about the lack of image ids. I wrote them but Tumblr said haha no you didn’t and then they were erased. I’ll make them when I have the energy again!)

Wtf kind of spider is that? Jesus it looks huge! Just wtf is that? Does anyone know what type of spider this is? Apparently I got this texted to me for some reason. I’m not scared of spiders but this scares me shitless. I never seen that type of spider.
I really don’t know if I’ll be sleeping tonight. So get it out of this house!
