🎃 halloween 2024 ABEMA stream news 🎃

The new Halloween event is the second installment in the “Lost with the Book” event series (the first being with Stitch). This one will be called Lost in the Book with (Tim Burton’s) Nightmare Before Christmas! This means we’ll we venturing to Halloween Town and meeting the ACTUAL Nightmare characters, including Jack Skellington, Sally, and Zero themselves (those three were confirmed). Does this mean next year’s Halloween event will also be a Lost in the Book for the other half of the NRC cast—

The new character is named Skelly/Skully J. Graves. He is voiced by Yamaguchi Kappei. Yana worked hard to ensure Skully would look like a skeleton, even from afar!

The new Halloween series of cards will feature slick stitched pinstriped black suits, inspired by Jack’s iconic look. Nightmare Suits!! The characters this time will be:

We don’t know which SR will be the freebie yet! All SSR cards feature Jack Skellington, similar to how Stitch was featured in the SSRs for his own Lost in the Book event.

Quality of life update, they’re adding XL Nectar. Previously, we had only S, M, and L sizes. XL Nectar should help out with leveling up your cards! (There will be one free XL you can pick up in the Mystery Shop for a limited time.)

… Of course, there is also Lost in the Book with Nightmare Before Christmas merch, like a themed handkerchief, stickers of the event outfits, and charms of the outfits.

They also announced a Pop Up shop with new GloMasq and Playful Land merch. Some new merch they highlight are a Playful Land brooch, Grim acrylics, and mini-mini nuis of the characters in their respective event outfits.

Reminder about Twst Fes and the related merch (the fabric print and the recording of Twst Fes 2023)!

The animation PV features the 3 SSRs in Halloween Town. We also see Skully and Jack posing together, and Skully utters the iconic like “This is Halloween!” (His eye color is seen in the PV; it looks orange-red.)

Rayven's costume for this year's Halloween event. I loved making the design, it turned out better than i expected.

Ray has a great knowledge of the Disney movie characters in her world, but she doesn't usually talk about it much, because if she talked about what the The Great Seven did in the movies, they think it could cause chaos, so they just have talked about it with Grim. At most he glared at Frollo's statue during Glorious Masquerade and the boys didn't understand why. Maybe they also gave him the middle finger when no one was looking.

I should add that The Nightmare Before Christmas was one of Rayven's favorite movies as a kid. So when him came across Jack Skellington, I imagine he would freeze for a while and then start freaking out.

Rayven: JACK SKELLINGTON FROM THE HIT STOP MOTION MOVIE THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS CREATED BY TIM BURTON?!?!?

After that, the boys would just look at Ray and be like: do you know about him?!? And Skully was very happy that someone else knew about The Pumpkin King.

I thinks Rayven and Skully would get along very well. Being Brazilian, Ray is used to warmer greetings, like check kisses and hugs, she even think he is very very gentlemanly and polite and she would even compare him to a charming prince from fairy tales.

Rayven would understand his loneliness, since he also went through it before going to Twisted Wonderland and would see a little bit of themselves in him. Besides both of them being huge nerds when it comes to their special interests!!!

So they would certainly become good friends :) or maybe something more...

What really happened with their names

I take back everything I said about skully man. He seems like a sweet little(he's tall, apparently?T.T) gentleman. I like him and his hand kisses. He is silly boy

Do I know anything about him? No! But he seems like a dorky nerd and is of similar age to me. He is my very tall son now

Vil Schoenheit.... I am so sorry but my heart is currently stolen by a guy who's motif is skulls and halloween. He looks like he is a little weird, eccentric and fan boyish. Probably whimpers. He managed to stole my heart even though he shares similarities with Idia Shroud.

Before him, Idia Shroud and Jamil Viper were the ones my heart is at risk for the mere fact they have luscious long hair albeit unique for Idia's case. I am a simple woman who's attention can be taken away through beauty. However Skully J Graves is not a matter of beauty but rather my fascination and love for Halloween, Horror and Gothic themes of aesthetics.

My heart is indefinitely stolen by a guy who looks like this:

So not me coming back from the dead just to talk about the new characters, Gidel and Fellow Honest.

Like most people, I fell in love with these two when they were finally revealed but something about their appearances reminded me of a certain duo…

And I couldn’t think of it until now: ROMAN TORCHWICK AND NEOPOLITAN‼️

This might just be my delusional ass talking but let me explain.

- Both consists of a sexy and dapper redhead with long luxurious lashes, and fights/welds a cane.

- Both also have a short sidekick that’s mute.

- Are con artists (probably some tragic backstory behind it).

- Both duo have a familial relationship with each other.

- Allude to similar fairytales, Pinocchio in this case.

- Have beef with teenagers.

I could list more but since this event literally just came out, imma have to slow my ass down 💀 Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk tho
