“My name is Eslam from Gaza, I’m 29 years old, and I’m a children teacher from Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip. a mother of two daughters, Hanaa 5 years old, and Alma, 10 months old. My husband Rasmi is the director of 3 language and training centers. In this war, our house was completely destroyed and razed to the ground, and my husband’s centers were blown up. He lost his job, and we were completely displaced, and we are now homeless and jobless, My two young daughters constantly suffer from diseases due to malnutrition and water pollution.
Danger and death surround us all day and all night. We have lost everything and depend on donations to survive and, most of all, to have any hope of escaping this genocide and evacuating to safety in Egypt. The cost of daily living continues to rise significantly in Gaza - imagine that we cannot find the type of milk for our daughter because of its high price. There is no kind of detergent and this is the cause of skin diseases for my two little girls. We bought a piece of soap for $30! ، and detergent is 100$.

Iyad's daughter is very sick. There are cases of polio, chicken pox, monkey pox, and several other diseases spreading throughout Gaza right now. Young children and elderly people are the ones most at risk but with starvation and lack of clean drinking water and the general unsanitary situation, anyone can become sick very easily. And with a family of 10 including 2 elderly people and several small children, Iyad has a lot to worry about.
They NEED this money both to save up for evacuation and for daily expenses like for food, water, shelter, and medicine (especially after they lost 11k due to GFM deleting their previous fundraiser which you can read about here). Everything is currently very expensive in Gaza and they were displaced yet again recently. Iyad often can't even aquire medicine for his blood pressure which tends to spike unpredictably. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE HOW URGENT THIS IS.

With a heavy heart, I urgently seek your help to evacuate my family from the devastated Gaza Strip, a place now reduced to a perilous and uninhabitable wasteland due to the ongoing war.
For over six months, we have been displaced from our home in Gaza. Israeli soldiers inflicted significant damage on our house and stole our belongings. My family, who has lived in Gaza their entire lives and cherished countless memories there, faces the heartbreaking decision to leave. During the war, we were forced to move four times to avoid imminent danger. On one occasion, we narrowly escaped sniper fire, with the children having to crawl to avoid being hit. The constant fear and uncertainty have been overwhelming.
Our once loving and joyful home is now a dangerous and empty shell.

My name is Mohammed Zaqout, a Palestinian living in the USA, and I am organizing this fundraiser to help my family in Gaza, who are facing a severe humanitarian crisis. My siblings and their young children are trapped in desperate conditions, suffering from starvation, lack of clean water, electricity, internet, and medical care. They have lost everything, witnessing constant bombings and even white phosphorus attacks. Aid is limited, and the situation is worsening, especially with winter approaching. I feel powerless, as I cannot abandon them and fear losing them at any moment. Any support to help reunite me with my family would be deeply appreciated.
