After 10+ years, I’ve finally decided to try Trouble In Paradise.
My thoughts upon playing Trouble In Paradise for the first time ever
I love the biomes!!!! A great natural expansion to the game’s world (and as a bonus, I looooove Dastardos slowly gliding from the desert to reap your piñatas, it’s just… cinema)
Truthfully, I like the vibes of the original better, it was more homey and cozy
wtf is the star-wars-blaster sound effect that plays whenever you leave the garden boundary 😭
Why does Pester come so goddamn often?? Like in the original I thought it was maybe once or twice every in-game week, but now it’s like almost every day, back to back???
P Factor is absolutely hysterical. I thought it was from Pocket Paradise or smth, so imagine my utter GLEE upon realizing it was right at my fingertips after seeing screenshots all over my dash
Not Professor Pester building a whole ass pipe system for the sour piñatas, and damaging the local ecosystem 🙄
all of the new piñatas are super fun and creative! Gotta love ‘em. Except for the Custacean bc it sounds too human when it’s sleeping and freaks me out
Leafos and Seedos’ running animations absolutely SEND me. The way that Leafos just Usain BOLTS across your lawn as the sun sets, just… why?
Pester killed my Macaraccoon but I was able to time it so that I sold the life and piñata candies before he could eat them, so who’s the loser now, huh?????
speaking of which, I’d never seen Pester’s piñata killing animations, so here’s what I have to say 1) him eating the candy is so fucking creepy. I hate it, I hate it so much. 2) him giving you the L and shouting VICTORY IS MIIIINE is so iconic, and made me laugh so hard it almost made up for him killing my piñata
the blimp randomly flying over your garden is so gd annoying I can’t stand it

The Cobblegobble struts about like it owns the place, despite some folks seeing it as just a big, glorified Cluckles. It doesn't take kindly to being hunted and will pick fights with predator piñatas to show them who's boss, whether they actually win or not.
The Bunbear has a reputation for either being seen as a off putting or goofy piñata, sometimes both! Yet what it really wants is sweet things to lick, particularly honey, just like its cousin the Fizzlybear.
Left a few chocolate coins laying around that suddenly up and vanished, or had a piñata cry about losing their pretty shiny necklace? The Magpop is a likely culprit, they love pilfering any and all sparkly things they come across.

Sundae-aye is a evolution of the Galagoogoo, the sour Crispet would eat any and all produce in the garden that it comes across while the tamed version would de-rot fruits and unwilt dying flowers.

September is PCOS awareness month. I've been hard at work on this comic. I've used my comfort ocs and characters in order to describe my experience with PCOS. I always put a part of myself in my ocs when I make them. In this comic, Pexio is worried he can't help the human he's assigned to as a guardian pinata because he doesn't understand the condition she's been diagnosed with. Ana teaches Pexio and JJ about PCOS and the effects it can have on women mentally, emotionally and physically. (with Sun and Moon's help) If any of my art were to blow up and get a ton of attention, please let it be this comic. I was invalidated, lost and hating myself thanks to my PCOS, other conditions and issues on top of it and...toxicity. I still am. Even with some of the help I'm finally getting after so long. If I can do one thing, I want to touch someone's heart. I want to make them feel seen and valid. I want to give someone else the validation and love that I didn't get. I hope you enjoy the comic :3 I put my heart and soul into it.

Hey uh small tip for anyone who hates Sour Bonboons or just many sours in general,
They hate water.
It isn't just them either, plenty of sours do though I can't remember the list off the top off my head. That includes Sour Profitamoles by the way. Doesn't matter if it's fully upgraded or it's the base watering can, dump some water on them.

Update: today we also had a piñata but with more people, the kids who had more candy cried, children were squashed, friendships were broken.
Piñatas are proof that humans are savage. I'm at a party right now and some moments ago it was time to break the piñata, while setting it up it fell by accident and everyone, EVEN ADULTS threw themselves on the floor to get candy, we lost two children today in the avalanche, RIP
