Crowley: We will go off together (instead of “we can” as a suggestion, he just states it as a fact).

Crowley: No one will forgive me, I’m unpardonable, that’s what I am.  Also Crowley (later): Forgive me, angel, forgive me, whatever I said I didn’t mean it, play along for me, I’m asking for forgiveness here! Yes? Good, then get in the car. (Instead of saying “I’m sorry” and “I apologize” he asks to be forgiven).

Crowley: I’ve lost my best friend. Aziraphale: I’m sorry. (not “I’m so sorry to hear that”, just “I’m sorry”)

Aziraphale: I just need a body, it’s way harder to find than you think Crowley: I don’t wanna know Aziraphale: Pity I can’t use yours. Angel, demon, we’d explode. See you in Tadfield, move your ass-buns Crowley: w-what? Aziraphale: Tadfield Crowley: I heard you, I was just thrown off by the ass-buns

Aziraphale: Do something! Crowley: I’m having a heartfelt moment here! (instead of just “a moment”)

Crowley: Rest in peace. You were a beautiful car (has double meaning, both “good” and “beautiful”, it’s the word Aziraphale uses to describe the goodness in Crowley. originally it’s just “a good car”)

Gabriel: God doesn’t play games with the Universe Crowley: Where do you even live? (instead of “where have you been?”)

Crowley: You can stay at my place if you want (the word choice kind of implies that Aziraphale can stay for as long as he needs or wants to) Aziraphale: I’m afraid my people won’t like that Crowley: you don’t have your people anymore. neither of us do. we’re our own and each other’s people now. 

Crowley: let me seduce you to a spot of lunch  Aziraphale: I succumb to your seduction 

Aziraphale: I want to think that nothing would’ve worked if deep in your soul you weren’t a bit good (can be translated as “beautiful”)  Crowley: and if you, deep in your soul, weren’t to a certain degree a bastard who is worth getting closer acquainted with. to your well-being (literal translation of ukrainian “cheers”) and to this world. Aziraphale: to this world.

Once you learn that you’re autistic, it can feel like you’re becoming more autistic than you were. This often contributes to imposter syndrome, and feeling like you’re faking having autism. That you’re only acting autistic because you think you have autism, when really you’re just putting on some act. 

The truth, however, is that you’re most likely just autistic. You’ve learned more about autism, so now you’re noticing all these “new” autistic behaviors that have been happening subconsciously. And if those behaviors are actually new? You’re still just autistic. A lot of times when people learn about autism, they give themselves more leeway to be autistic. They let themselves stim more, they let themselves act in ways that feel more natural. A lot of times this leads to discovering a whole new set of behaviors that you haven’t had before because they had been suppressed for so long.

It’s important to not gaslight yourself during this process. Sometimes you have to take a step back and see if this is you just noticing more because you know what to look for, or if this is maybe you noticing more because you’re not suppressing everything anymore. Imposter syndrome isn’t fun to deal with, so it’s important to try and be gentle, kind, patient, and open-minded with yourself while it’s happening.
