I apologize in advance I didn’t see the pregnancy prompt in there 😭 I can’t write pregnancy so I put a twist in it!

Mammon x GN! Reader (not specified amab or afab either bc like i said no actual pregnancy it’s a credit card)

Prompt 44: “You could try and sleep it off?”

“I don’t think that will change the fact that I’m carrying your child, sorry.”

​You haven’t been feeling well, recently.

​Your head is constantly pounding, irritability has become your best friend, and you cry over the smallest things, much to your chagrin.

​Mammon, of course, has noticed. He always notices when it comes to you. At first he assumed it was just a bad day, but a bad day turned to bad days, and bad days turned to bad weeks. He’s worried, to say the least, and so he tries to confront you the way he knows best. Obnoxiously and annoyingly. (A few weeks from now you’ll cry over thinking this about your first man. How could you ever think Mammon was annoying?)

​“Oi, human!” He starts to stalk over to you, casually yet with a slight urgency that you’re usually able to catch.

​You don’t catch it.

​You turn rapid fast and send him the most withering, venomous glare you can muster. You think you succeed in whatever you were trying to do, because he stops in his tracks.

​“What, Mammon.”

​The faux annoyed expression melts off his face and transforms into a mixture of surprise, confusion, and mostly, worry.

“What’s up with you?” A soft murmur as he goes to sit beside you. You melt into him and feel horrible for yelling at him; your eyes start to glisten.

“Nothing. Jus’ tired. Haven’t been feeling well.”

He places a comforting hand on your back, rubbing soothing circles and subconsciously hushing you. “Think ya’ could try and sleep it off?”

You glare. This dumb bitch. “I don’t think that will change the fact that I’m carrying your child, sorry.”

“Wh-whaa!?” Mammon is thousand of years old, but that still doesn’t stop the shock that floods through his brains. What are you talking about?

You slip Goldie out of your pocket and your glare sharpens. “You’ve been asking me to hide her from Lucifer, right?”

A dumbfounded nod.

“Well Lucifer’s been onto me because he knows that I always go along with your fucking plans. I haven’t been able to fucking sleep for the past week, Mammon.”

“…Oh.”

writing fanfiction is wild. i could make these two characters do anything. i could make them get married rn. the possibilities are endless

After the initial shock and sadness of the brothers realizing that MC will die one day; I think i’d be funny if MC jokes about and and uses it as leverage occasionally.

Lucifer: MC your grades are horrible you need to work on the assignments that have been given to you

MC: i’m going to die one day and you’re going to be sad about all of the times i could have been happy and yet you made me do schoolwork instead
