ok this eating thing was fun for a few days but now i feel really fat and gross and can’t wait to go back to being malnourished and miserable

Guys should I do a metab day this week or no?

Usually I do them every Friday but I’ve just felt like utter shit this whole week and I feel if I eat a bigger amount it will make me feel worse and I’ll fully have a breakdown..anyway
