How to fix R6 siege operators part 1
Warden and nokk
(This is a series that I want to start and right down my ideas on how to fix the operators
I won't say that my ideas are %100 right, this merely me giving my opinions and i would like to hear yours)
Warden
plan A
His gadget will get the same charging system as nokk
Give him 2 stun grenades that works like ela's minds and 2 smoke grenades as his secondary gadgets, this should make him less dependent on the attackers (I'm afraid this will make him overpowered or won't work)
He'll stay as a 3 armor anchor
The P90 will get a damag buff from 22 to 24 and a recoil reduction by 10-20 percent, if he's too powerful with an acog the then the recoil will be reduced by 20-30 percent and the acog will be removed (it will also affect doc and rook because the weapon is really not used in a competitive environment and could see more use this way)
If he's too powerful then he'll lose the SMG-12
Mabye replace clash's pistol with kaid's
Note : i thought of giving him a secondary shutgun but i didn't see a scenario where he would benefit from it, i also thought of giving a DMR but there's also no scenario where he'll sacrifice an automatic weapon for it
Plan B
His gadget will get the same charging system as nokk
He'll become a 3 speed roamer
MPX damage will be buffed from 26 to 30 (this will affect valkyrie to help her a little)
His secondary gadgets will become : impacts and C4
This should put him in a similar position to vigil, where the gadget itself does not see a lot of use but the guns makes up for it
Nokk
She'll become a 3 speed
Her walking and crouching speed (even when ADS for console players) when she's using her gadget will be increased by a reasonable amount to give her an advantage
She'll get her stun grenades back
The FMG9 will get its fire rate increased from 800 to 900 (this will affect smoke to make his the gun more dependable) , or she'll get one of the next weapons
Jager's carbine
Vigil's K1A
Kaid's AUG A3
These 3 weapons are similar to that of the attacker's but do not have an acog (ubisoft has announced that during development she was overpowered with an acog)
Note : i thought of giving her the R4C but one is enough to deal with already

How to fix R6 siege operators part 4 : sheilds
(welcome, this is a series where i would write down my ideas and opinions on how to fix R6 siege, i won't say that my opinion is %100 right and i would like to hear yours)
it's actually a complete rework with some of them having entirely new gadgets the challenge here is to keep a fragment of their character and role. Also i by no mean think they are overpowered (with the exception of monty) just annoying, because they count on their teammates a lot and can be countered pretty easily i personally don't ban them
I'm only making this post because a lot of people find them annoying and ban them a lot
Let's begin
Clash
Her smg will become a primary weapon
The damage will be lowered from 33 to 24
The recoil will be increased a little
The magazine will be increased from 20+1 to 25+1
Her pistol will become a secondary weapon
She will get the SG-CQB (GIGN shutgun)
The sheild will be replaced with two deployable sheild, they will look similar to her sheild so no one can hide behind it to surprise the enemy or hide traps
When the enemy is in the area of affect the sheild will electrify them
The sheilds will have a smaller amount of energy than her current one, and they won't need to recharge fully before they can start again unless they are out of energy
If the enemy gets out of the area of affect the sheild it will take a cooldown for a second before it works again
Clash will be the only one notified when her sheilds are working, she will be able to see the amount of energy that her sheilds have and weather or not they are disabled
The sheild can be temporarily disabled by thatcher, and can be destroyed like any normal sheild
Montagne
Seriously this one is the easiest
He will get lion's Victor (because they are best friends) and the MP5 or the P90 as primary weapons
His shield can only be used in it's extended state
The sheild will still be indestructible, but montagne can be affected by melee attacks like clash currently dose
Montagne can deploy his shield to offer protection for anyone and peek to shoot
To allow deffenders to counter him The sheild can not be deployed in doorways or tight spaces and corners (this can stop him from deploying the defuser and siting on the corner or the only available door)
Blitz
(this is the hardest as blitz is supposed to be annoying, on top of that between all the sheilds he is the weakest, he can't block enough damage from explosives and highly unreliable on long to mid ranges, he needs to be very close to be affective.
So giving him a gadget that keeps a part of his role and character is very hard for me to imagine so I came with a complete rework)
He will get the G8A1 (because he's a man and men need big guns) the M870 (GSG9 shutgun) and the 552 commando (because it has a nice fire rate and high damage, also the AUG A2 covers more than half of the screen)
he can fire 4 or 3 stun grenades that can work like nomad's air jabs or Zofia's lifeline
The speed at which the stuns travel through is the same as grenades to make sure there's enough time to act (like switching guns)
There won't be a laser sight like nomad's, this way it won't be obvious when he's using it
Blackbeard
he's not technically a sheild but he's somewhat similar in his problems
(seriously this has to be my simplest and probably my best operator concept and it fits blackbeard's simple character very well)
I completely reworked blackbeard because he got a lot of nerfs yet some people still complain about him
He's highly affective in high ranks where everyone is aiming for the head, and his gadget breaks this role which is the most fun and skillful aspect of the game
He can be either very weak or very powerful
So here's my idea
His shields will be replaced with 3 candelas that release smoke and covers a larger area than normal ones
Maybe it should add noise for a small amount of time
The fire rate of the MK17 CQB will be increased from 585 to something between 650 and 700 at maximum
The damage will be lowered from 49 to something between 47 and 44
The magazine will be increased from 20+1 to 25+1
The recoil will be lowered to make it easier to control the gun based on it's fire rate making it as easy to control as it is now (when a gun has a high fire rate it becomes harder to control because it will kick faster so it usually gets less recoil )
Mabye He can get the PDW9 (i think him have a choice between a gun with a high fire and low damage or a high damage and low fire rate could be a good thing)

How to fix R6 siege operators part 5
Ela
My aim is to give her more choices in her loadout without making her annoying to deal with, in her current state the scorpion has the worst recoil of all the primaries and is not reliable on 10 meters or longer so most people are running her with a shutgun
Here's what I would do
Give the scorpion a normal recoil pattern like other deffender weapons but reduce the magazine size from 40+1 to 30+1 at maximum or 25+1 at minimum. Buff the damage to 26 at maximum. I know that the weapons are supposed to be as close to their real life counterparts as possible but this is for balancing sake (or they could just replace the scorpion with a weapon that we already have and isn't broken)
Her shutgun isn't op and people need to remember that it's her only competitive choice right now, and the spetnaz shutgun is nearly the same but no one complains about it because no one is using it (i personally hate semi automatic shutguns especially if they have more than 7 bullets and reload very fast) if i had to nerf it i would remove the extended barrel but increase the damage from 35 to 40 because it is supposed to be a close range weapon
Her traps do not cause any damage but they can put you at a severe disadvantage. Unlike other traps, ela can hide them anywhere and they're not bound to certain places to be effective, they have a big proximity, and you can't find them unless you have an IQ, so the best thing to do is to give them a beeping sound similar to nomad's air jabs
Although I main ela and I find her speed to be the most fun aspect about her, i think that turning her into a 2 speed like all the trap operators could be a good thing
Frost
Although her win rate (along with kapkan and ela) is at the top i think this is because people usually forget about thire traps at the last few seconds
Her traps are very dangerous but obvious/easy to spot and weak
So I think she could use a small buff and it's simple
Make her traps harder to spot

Amaru
Her gadget is fun but arguably useless
Her loadout is good
there's only three buffs that she needs
Make her gadget more quiet
Barricades won't break until she goes through them
She won't stop for a split second for whatever reason (idk if it's a bug or intentional)
This will give her more chance of surprising her enemies
Ying
After her candela's cooking mechanic got reversed her pick rate went down
Before players would throw all of her candelas and rush inside, it was overpowered and certainly not a fun thing to go against
Si to increase her pick rate I think she needs a few buffs
Increase Her LMG's rate of fire from 650 to 685 at maximum
Increase the range of her shutgun
Reduce the time it takes to fully cook her candelas
And one of the next buffs
A forth candela
Sutn grenades to deal with ADS
Smoke grenades
Glaz
After his vision nerf he became the worst attacker
Even after recent buffs to reduce the movement penalty he's still at the bottom of the board with a win rate of - 5% which is lower than tachanka, clash and warden
His gadget is well balanced and his DMR is a good weapon but he can't help his teammates unless he has long range so here's what I would suggest
Replace one or both of his secondary weapons with automatic secondaries (the C75 has to be one of them) to allow him to enter the building like other attackers then hold angels
Increase the magazine size from 10+1 to 20+1
Remove frags to keep him in a sniper support role

This is the second operator concept that I came up with
Real Name : nick (the one that thatcher beats the shit out of in the animation)
Nickname : gambler

Age : 30-40
Deffender
I believe if nick was an operator he would be like this, he's not my character so I can only write what I would think would be cool for him
*Background *
He does not have any parents or siblings for a reason or another
He has only one person he treasures and doesn't want to disappoint, maybe a grandmother so he keeps everything a secret from her
He had to do illegal things to live
His grandmother lives in the infirmary right now
His grandmother has problems remembering things he's afraid one day she'll forget about him
He probably tried to steal a bank or something like that before he was recommended to the same program as Sadeeq
He has a surprisingly long history with thatcher
Thatcher is the one who recommended him for the program out of respect for nick's grandmother
He doesn't have any romantic relationships
*Personality *
Gambler is an atheist and believes that everything is running by luck, if somthing bad happens to you then your just unfortunate
He likes to gamble that's how he got his Nickname
He has anger issues and not liked by many people
He was a lone child so deep down he always wanted a little brother that's a big reason to how he became close to Sadeeq
Gambler has a hobby of crafting medals and charms, even chibi versions for his comrades. However he would give it to them if they payed a price or winned a challenge he choose for them
*Relationships *
Sadeeq : one could say that they are brothers despite their philosophical differences. Sadeeq always keeps gambler out of trouble and some of the operators do not pick fights with gambler out of respect for Sadeeq
Jager : jager developed gambler's gadget, the two have a very close friendship
Bandit : they both like to challenge each other in physical training and play cards together
Caveira : unlike some of the other operators gambler likes cav's strong and reckless personality and is not afraid to get close to her, he has a crush on her
Mira : she also had a hand in developing his gadget and he respects her a lot and always minds his tongue around her
Thatcher : the two do not like each other to the point that the rest of the operators make sure that they're not alone in the same room, but they are more than willing to put their differences aside when needed
Sledge, mute and smoke : sledge thinks that gambler needs a good leader, someone who can force him to break his bad habits, with the help of the other two he keeps an eye on gambler as a colleague
Kaid : kaid took it upon himself to teach gambler some manners and how to act like a soldier, gambler respects the older man but doesn't like his interference
Maestro : gambler and maestro like to drink with each other. Maestro's positive personality made him very easy to get along with and he excuses gambler whenever he gets out of line (gambler ends up apologizing anyway)

Thire gadgets requires you to rush which is not the best choice in a game like this

I honestly think that he's underrated, his gadget is very good for clearing out enemies gadgets
Sheilds
Blitz is by far the weakest attacker and montagne is banned a lot
Jackal
Someone explain to me HTF he got there when he's being banned the most
Kali
I see her banned quite a bit, but i think her main problem along with glaz is that they don't have reliable close range weapons

Compared to wamai jager can set his gadget and roam around without causing the team any problem, while wamai has to stay alive and must be careful where to place his gadget
Goyo
The only problem with him is that his gadget is very dangerous and easy to spot and destroy by the attackers and much like castle he rely on the map and the doors
Alibi
She's very underrated, i don't understand why not a lot of people are using her when she has everything a roamer would want
Mute
