You wake up at 5:00-6:00, throw on a baggy band tee and comfy pants. You put on some headphones and play some music :

★ Jumping jacks 100x ★ Jump squats 50x ★ Sit-ups 50x ★ Leg raises 40x ★ Russian twists 40x
After you workout you go to the kitchen to get some food. For breakfast only liquid is allowed. Here are the options!

★ Black coffee (5 cal) ★ Rice milk (47 cal) ★ Coca cola zero (0 cal) ★ Diet coke (0 cal) ★ Pepsi max (2 cal) ★ Vanilla tea (6 cal) ★ Cherry tea (6 cal)
You put on some jeans, graphic tea, sweater and converse or dock martins and head to school/work. After school/work you go for a walk before you come home, you go to the liberary and study there for an hour or two. After you get home you deserve some coffee :
★ 120ml Alpro almond shugar free milk ★ Cup of instant black coffee ★ Zero cal sweetner

After that you watch some gilmore girls and realise its time to make lunch.

★ 2 Rice cake pizzas - rice cakes 2x - thin layer of tomato sauce - low fat cheese - oregano ★ Paprika popcorn - air pop some corn - paprika powder ★ Paprika chicken breast - boil 1 peice of chicken breast - paprika powder - a drop of water from the boiling ★ Philadelphia rice cakes - 2 rice cakes - philadelphia - cucumbers / strawberries / celery
After you eat you do some studying and put on a movie:
★ Dead poets society ★ Gilmore girls- a year in life ★ Clueless ★ Harry potter

★ Crunches 100x ★ Squats 50x ★ Sit-ups 50x ★ Run in-place 5 min ★ Jumping jacks 150x

★ Chamomile tea (5 cal) ★ 1 Rice cake with cinnamon (36 cal) ★ Apple w cinnamon (95 cal) ★ Coca cola zero (0 cal) ★ Alpro strawberry youghurt
After that you eat dinner you go read a book or be on your phone until about 9:00-11:00 pm. Then you go to sleep listening to a podcast..
