I am so sick of this. Even an allo person is seen as a tragedy if they are not in a romantic relationship or not looking for one, regardless of their mental state and or commitment. Just like the barbie movie said, you should still be your whole person, a romantic relationship doesn't define the person you are, living for yourself is not selfishness, it is self love, and the world needs more of it.
