Mammon and Barbatos

Barbatos going to mammon to unwind and relax from everything he’s been doing for the past millennia. Mammon going to barbatos to vent and rant about the brothers and how harsh and cruel they are to him, and the butler listening carefully, intently, giving words of comfort, stroking mammon’s hair. Barbatos having days where he’s feeling burnt out and overwhelmed, barbatos unable to bring himself to ask Diavolo for breaks, sneaking to mammon’s room and stealing a hoodie, because the scent calms him, makes him feel grounded, and finding a packet of the chamomile tea that he likes on his bed. Barbatos feeling like everything is too much, texting mammon to meet him near the lake that mammon goes to calm down, and mammon seeing Barbatos looking like he will break down, holding him close, wrapping the very wings that can hurt others, as a shield from everyone and everything, gently rocking the butler as he cries. Mammon suppressing his emotions from his brothers, pretending the snide remarks and the berating doesn’t get to him, pretending he doesn’t see how the lesser demos see, pretending he doesn’t see the dissatisfaction and the disappointment in Diavolo’s eyes, pretending everything is okay until Barbatos takes him away from prying eyes, into his room that not one person, let alone the prince, can enter, seats the avatar down on sofa that he was very sure it wasn’t there before, handing mammon a hot chocolate and tells the demon how proud he is of mammon, which is all it took for mammon to break down, holding onto the time demon’s shirt, sobbing into his chest, barbatos wrapping his tail around mammon’s waist, keeping him close, tucking mammon’s head in his shoulder, so the sin of greed doesn’t see the anger and disgust in the butler’s eyes towards the brothers and his own young master. Barbatos denying that he has a favourite when the seven sins come over for a sleep over Diavolo has planned, however making sure that there is comfort food a certain avatar needs lest he goes through a meltdown or a panic attack. Barbatos moving away from asmodeus’s advances of trying to touch him, the same barbatos who leans into mammon’s soft touch in the dead of the night, the same barbatos who cries on mammon’s shoulder when life is too much, when his visions are too much, the very same barbatos who let mammon hold him close. Mammon taking barbatos off on little adventures, away from their responsibilities, where they both unwind, and barbatos having a naturally smooth, flirtatious personality but gets flustered when mammon flirts back, or when he sees a very mischievous glint in blue-gold eyes, the same eyes that see only another greed demon, not the second most powerful being in all of hell, or the mysterious royal butler that demons fear, and mammon showing barbatos around the circle of greed, showing him the castles and fortresses, fountains of gold and all the other wonders of the second circle. Barbatos letting slip of his trickster past and indulging it with mammon cheering him on, and mammon teaching barbatos how to play cards, and playing it in a club and winning, showing barbatos the concentration on mammon’s face and the gold in his eyes completely taking over the blue, eyebrows furrowed and lips pursed tightly and the same gold eyes looking at him intently

So i found out that a group of ravens are called an unkindness or a conspiracy and a group of crows are called a murder. I know mammon will take full advantage of this and scare and confuse people

Imagine he just got berated or something by satan, so he’s like “hmmm ya know what imma get him back”. So satan in his room, chilling with levi and belphie and they are coming up with all sorts of conspiracy theories. Mammon obviously barges into the room and goes like “ hey i have a conspiracy too”. And before any of them can do anything, so many demonic ravens just pop out of nowhere scaring the crap out of them. And well would you look at that the door is locked and mammon has legged it. Either way all three are traumatised cuz of the screech them ravens gave out in unison.

Don’t forget poor diavolo, who was walking with mammon, and they just happened to be talking about this gang who were causing a lot of trouble, and mammon is out here like “ye i also have my fair share of murders”. Cue diavolo having a double take like ‘sorry, what did he say??😀’. Imagine the sigh of relief when he realises mammon is on about his crows.

And mammon? Boi he’s out here loving every second of it

How would the brothers(and the rest of the cast, if you want to) react to a Mc who goes invisible(using magic probably) when scared or embarrassed, like a fight or flight response.
