i’ve been practicing and affirming more and more everyday. i know my dream life is within reach but i need to just show up as her.

anytime i catch myself being lazy the voice in my head (which is her) says “oh, so you’re lazy? you don’t want it that badly?” and i kick myself into gear.

most been working SO well, i’m consistent with daily movement and taking care of myself so the next goal is to step out of my comfort zone and meet new people 🤭

i’m so proud of myself for actually showing up for myself.

Speak to older ppl and u will learn things that would’ve taken u 5 years to figure out by yourself. Building friendships with older people is the best thing I ever did. Someone tenderly telling u how to navigate the world is a beautiful thing.
