I can never wait!!😖 I love 2 spend money🎀
ten habits to adopt for a beautiful life 💭

+ curated shopping: rather than over-consume in fast fashion and trends, buy fewer, high-quality items. frequent vintage shops, boutiques, or markets where you can find unique, timeless pieces.
+ focus on wellness and exercise: consider activities that are beneficial for the body and calming for the mind, such as yoga, pilates, or long walks in nature. choose activities that allow you to connect with your surroundings and maintain balance.
+ mindful eating: prioritise healthy, whole foods and cooking meals from scratch. organic produce, artisanal products, and perhaps even locally sourced ingredients could be staples in your kitchen. eating is a mindful practice, enjoyed at a leisurely pace.
+ cultural engagement: regularly visit museums, art galleries, and theatres, or participate in cultural events that inspire and enrich their creative spirit. value learning and exposure to the arts as a way to keep life vibrant and intellectually stimulating.
+ reading and continuous learning: develop a well-curated collection of books, including classic literature, philosophy, and art, and dedicate time regularly to reading and reflecting on what you've learned.
+ minimalist technology approach: stay up-to-date with necessary technology, but maintain a minimalist approach to its use. limit screen time, avoid social media distractions, and instead prioritise face-to-face interactions or hands-on activities.
+ intentional socialising: carefully cultivate your social life, with a focus on deep, meaningful connections rather than frequent, casual interactions. you likely enjoy hosting intimate gatherings at home, where you can experience conversation, ambiance, and connection.
A routine you have perfected?
My selection of beauty tonics!

Hydration and water intake is vital for our health, wellbeing and beauty. I've always had a hard time staying hydrated though because I don't particularly enjoy the taste of water and I found myself needing a solution, so I decided I wanted something a bit more fun! Thanks to this routine, I've observed a noticeable affection on my skin's condition, I start glowing from within and I look more radiant when I make sure to stay hydrated and keep up with this little routine. It's fantastic for digestion, overall health, hair growth and boosting your energy levels. I like to keep things interesting and routinely update this list until I’m satisfied but here are my beauty boosting beverages at the moment.
Collagen peptide drinks. essential amino acids for the health of my joints, skin, hair, nails.
Probiotic yoghurt drinks. supports gut flora balance, aids in digestion with live cultures.
Cold brew green tea. rich in catechins, enhances fat burning, refreshing energy boost.
Seasoned beef bone broth marrow. loaded with collagen and minerals, packed with nutrients.
Pomegranate glow tonic. packed with punicalagins and antioxidants, fights free radicals.
Rosehip Tea. high in vitamin C and antioxidants, aids in collagen production.
Turmeric shots. curcumin has anti-inflammatory properties esp. with black pepper.
Chia seed water. rich in omega-3 fatty acids and soluble fiber, keeps you feeling full.
Sparkling mint infusion. refreshing, hydrating, delicious beverage to add a burst of flavor.
I keep a separate list dedicated to focus/mental health and bedtime; but these are my top favorites that I make regularly, I like to keep it simple for the days I'm on the go. I love experimenting with new smoothie recipes too, though I see fruit smoothies more as a treat than a health drink.I truly enjoy making orange juice in the winter because it’s fresh, tasty, and packed with antioxidants. However, I acknowledge that eating the whole fruit is better since juicing removes the natural fiber, which concentrates the sugar and can spike blood sugar levels. I avoid coffee entirely and stick to drinking tea in the mornings and at noon since I’m quite sensitive to caffeine - If I have it in the afternoon, I can’t sleep at night. I’m also getting my braces removed very soon and want to keep my teeth unstained before beginning the intense whitening process.
