Me and my friend normally call every Monday at 5. But she hasn't awnsered me today so I'm convincing myself its because I'm fat so tomorrow I might eat less
there is no such thing as being "behind in life" but it's okay to recognise that you missed out on some things whilst you were busy surviving
From now on when I want to binge I'm just going to get a shit ton of fruit. I can fufil the physical act of eating a lot, without the guilt cause it's like 200 callories instead of 2000
I just wanna be skinny so if I get in a relationship I won't hate myself.
How can I love her if I can't even love me?
I like to think of my little journey as 3 different people:
Younger me would cry for how much weight I've lost - I'm no longer the fat friend.
Past recovery me would cry because I'm counting calories and ⭐️ving myself again
And now me cry's because I still binge, I'm 83kg (Im 5'7/8), and I want to be the skinny friend
