I think a lot of system self fake claiming can be refuted by the fact that plurality has noticeable neurophysical structural impact on the brain, endogenically and/or traumagenically. You and your headmates' existence affects your reality in a tangible way whether you realize it or not. Headmates physically exist as a matrix of neuronal structures and electrochemically rewire the brain. It's amazing how adaptive and powerful the brain can be. When I realized I could separate my consiousness into multiple sensoral-visual feeds and give them to my headmates, it blew my fucking mind. Plurality is a science and an art form. If you are feeling like you aren't real, know you have an impact on the people around you and someone will see the real you.
