Little Announcment!
I will write One little Bonus Story to Hiccstrid and their third Child. After That I will maybe when I have the Time, write a Story about Astrid inspired By a German Httyd Comic I read and with maybe some slithe Iron Flame and Fourth Wing refrences or inspired sceneries. Let’s be honest the empyrean Series is amazing❤️🔥
When These Stories will arrive I can’t say, because I write on a big novel with my own Characters and I also have school stuff to do.

A Loveletter to the How to train your Dragon-Trilogy
I love this trilogy so much because it is a safe place for me, this world is a safe place, these characters are a safe place. I am eighteen years old and still doubting myself sometimes. Growing up is not easy and this trilogy shows us that perfectly. It thought us that letting go isn’t a weakness, it’s a strength. It thaught us to do things your own way, to discover yourself and your strengths. It thaught us that true friendship will never end. That true love can exist in our worlds, it doesn’t matter if it’s romantic love or love between friends. Love is Love. Since the first movie we witness how Hiccup finds his own way and comes into his own, to become a Chief, a friend, a soldier, a husband and a father. His whole story touches me so deeply because I see myself in him, this is also why I love the whole trilogy and the shows and short films equally. They tell his story. I believe there is a Hiccup in every one of us. This whole Franchise has just giving me a feeling of pure joy and it feels like Home for me. After seeing all these movies and shows after a so long (and seeing them a hundred times) it was like coming home, that a part of me will always feel joy when I think about httyd. I am dealing with Depression so for me it’s like a little saving grace when I see or hear something httyd releated. It became part of my life again and I am so grateful that it is. It’s for me at least one of the best stories in cinematic history that were ever told. I don’t care if there is now Sipder Verse, for me httyd will always have the status as a superior trilogy, that I love to revisit and think about. It isn’t just a trilogy of movies or a simple TV-Show to a movie, it’s a journey about growing up. I have a lot love for this trilogy because I basically grew up with it alongside the Trilogies Madagascar, Shrek and Kung Fu Panda. I have so much love for this franchise in general, I just really enjoy it for what it is: a magnificent story about a boy and his dragon, who became best friends and will forever friends even if millions of miles parted them. Hiccup and Toothless will always love each other even if they are separated for their own safety, they grow together and they will always remember one another and the beautiful memories they share. There will always be something that connects them. IT’S YOU AND ME, BUD. ALWAYS. This why I love all of The movies and shows (tolerate T9R now to some degree) and it’s sometimes hard for me to see, when people hate on this movies and shows. Especially on the hidden world. I know not everyone likes it but they have to understand it’s hard to see for someone who loves it. I heard from some people that the hate in the fandom kinda destroyed their existence with httyd. I personally don’t want that because httyd appeals to some many and means to so many others so much. It kinda makes me sad to see, because httyd gives me one of the best feelings of enjoyment and inspiration that I never felt before. I know I can’t change some minds, but I just want to say all this, because everyone deserves understanding and respect. I know I posted in the past some hatred stuff against T9R and I regret everything of it, because I can now understand and feel with these people.
Last but not least I hope this franchise will again bring some more people together and the same happiness I feel with it. In some kind of way we share all the same love. We love the httyd franchise. ❤️🔥

Astrid Headcanon
The very first time Hiccstrid had sex with each other, Astrid was, even if she wouldn’t admit it very nervous and a bit unsure of herself, because she puts herself with her whole naked body in a vulnerable position. For her Sex has always to do with trust, admiration, respect and love, it was not easy for her to be completely exposed in front of her boyfriend, even if he says he finds her beautiful. She is not the person who easily trusts someone, so it’s for her a huge step that she takes her clothes off in front of her boyfriend, its also an advice how much she truly trusts and loves him. Her protective warrior side overcomes her for just a moment as she lies beneath Hiccup, but somehow she feels also safe, loved and comfortable. And as they kissed and made love for the first time, it hurts Astrid a little bit but after a pause they continue to make love to each other and all self doubts disappear from her mind as she really could feel the beauty and sensation of sex. After their first love making session they lay together under the stars on the lonely island and Astrid tells him how she felt earlier and to her surprise, Hiccup had felt the same way. Astrid is a fierce warrior queen but I think if it comes to her body and being intimate with someone, she’s very shy because of her many scars. But Hiccup adores all of them, as she adores all of him. And he uses every chance when they get intimate with each other, how much he loves all of her scars and her beautiful body. I also think they are very gentle with each other when they make love. Especially Hiccup always very gentle and tender with Astrid.

Imagine Chicken from the httyd-franchise meets Rexy from the Jurassic World/ Park Franchise
Little interesting fact here to know a chicken nowadays is closely related to a T-Rex. So Chicken and Rexy are evolutionary relatives. I wonder what Tuffnut would say if he know this fact, I think he would want to meet Rexy, which I personally wouldn’t recommend to him if he doesn’t want to be eaten. The only Crossover between httyd and Jurassic Park I would want to see would be between Chicken and Rexy in a more donkey and dragon Releationship.
The httyd-live action
I know Dean DeBlois will do again a good job as Director, as he did with the original animated trilogy. But I think I will not watch it, maybe I could change my mind but I don’t think so. I just didn’t need it in the first place and I still don’t understand why it’s necessary. It feels for me personally as Universal just wants to milk out such a fantastic franchise, that didn’t need a Remake to begin with. I rather watch JW: Chaos Theory, Flow or the Wild Robot again. I don’t know something about the thought that httyd will get a remake doesn’t stick with me that much. Maybe because httyd has already really good animation, so good, it even looks in some scenes like live action.
I know some people like the idea of a series setting within in the second and third movie. I personally also don’t need that either. I kind of like the idea but I think it has to be written and directed by the two guys who produced Chaos Theory and Camp Cretaceous. We have to give them credit, they brought back the Jurassic Park feeling in Jurassic World something Colin Treverrow failed to do, even if it his trilogy is good. And really scored with it in Chaos Theory. I honestly would really enjoy a series that would fit more to the tone of chaos theory, I would even say it would be better than Rtte and Riders/Defenders together.
I died when I saw the "blender has disassembled and or weaponized." Because that is something that Hiccup would do if he was in the modern world. Fishlegs is accurate too. And why can I see the twins doing this?

my favourite thing about kaz is that he isn't a humourless miserable serious person. he's a drama queen, constantly sarcastic and genuienly laughs. he's cruel and terrifying, but he's also just a sassy teenager

no bc why does httyd not have any good fics? i remember years ago there were so many reader inserts, and i didn’t usually read them but like,, i remember that they were there, so where are they?? where did they go? and plus, httyd has 3 movies and a whole tv series so why does the fandom look so dead??
Viggo fans on the internet, is there a birthday date that has been agreed (as much as a fandom can agree on something) to use for him? As far as I know the show doesn't say anything about the topic. I've been just using the 8th of January since it's when the episode in which he makes his debut was released (if I looked it up right), but I was wondering if there's a popular headcanon or something of the sort instead
Been having thoughts about a httyd Sona/oc I haven't developed much due to... Checks notes ah yes, burnt out.
BUT I want to be more active here (the community is so lovely and I want to be part of it so badly) and I want more imaginary people and plots in my head for when parallel computing gets too boring or overwhelming. So small ramble incoming:
Her name is Hilda Hávarðr! She is around Hiccup's age, a couple years older but she doesn't look it that much
She has a physical problem that makes it so she can't do much sport or anything that involves her left knee dealing with much pressure (projecting my irl issues into sonas goes brrr). As such, she can't fight, so since an early age she has been training with Gothi to become a healer. She still feels like she isn't enough, but being able to help by healing those who fight gives him some sort of peace
She has a little sister called Ebba, around 8 years younger. She looks up to Hilda because "she does weird magic to make others feel better, and that's pretty cool" (aka Hilda makes potions and medicine for those who need it)
Her father, Eivor, is one of *the* warriors, when he isn't fighting in a war, being pulled by Stoick to find the dragon's nest, or drinking with Spitelout, he is training young kids to fight. After finding out her first born was not only a girl instead of a boy like he had hoped, but also not fit for battle, Eivor and Hilda's relationship plummeted
Her mother, Sigrid, was once a teacher in Berk that taught young kids how to read and do basic math, but with Hilda's tough pregnancy she was forced to stop for a while. Afterwards she needed a long rest period, not to mention caring for Hilda on her own since the war with the dragons made it so her husband was fighting or training others all the time. She resents Hilda though since she was the first nail in the coffin to her teacher career, thought she has some respect for her as she grows up to be a formidable healer
Her dragon is a woolly howl named Boreas, and while they didn't meet in the most ideal situation, their bond is as strong as they go. They don't meet until 3 or 4 months after the red death's death
She isn't part of the main gang until rtte, but knows most of them:
Hilda is in friendly terms with Hiccup and the twins mostly, Hiccup because he goes to Gothi and her for ghost pain and other issues related to his missing leg. The twins are there almost daily, either themselves after a trick with their dragon gone badly or mentioned by some poor viking that got injured in one of their pranks. The twins eventually go to her instead of Gothi if they have some minor issue since Gothi tends to hit them with her staff to reprimand them for their carelessness, while Hilda just sighs and helps them
Given they are both shy at first, she doesn't know Fishlegs much, but sometimes she spots him in the forest looking for some rare plant she's also trying to find and they chat about why they are interested in it. Fishlegs considers her a friend but since she's intimidated by the idea of being close to anyone in the gang, mainly because they are considered Berk's heros and she sees herself as incredibly inferior to them, she only thinks of him as an acquaintance
She doesn't get along with Astrid or Snotlout. They aren't in bad terms by no means but the fact that they are warriors brings lots of issues back (along with some jealousy). With Snotlout it doesn't help that he wasn't the kindest to her when they were younger, getting mocked for not being "a real Viking" since she couldn't fight, and with Astrid she is jealous that despite being a woman she turned into such an amazing warrior; she represents all Hilda wanted to become to make her father happy yet couldn't
And that's it for now! I have a lot more to share and I've kinda started a fic focused on the beginning of her arch, but haven't polished it too much yet. I want her to be a chaotic good entity, she will help and heal those who need it but she will also break so many rules and do whatever it takes to get there
