tinies who can draw

they use a piece of led (the mechanical pencil kind probably) and learn from the shows their bean watches

the bean is a sucker for diy so they make a few of the tiny notebooks for fun

its one of those "oh i'll just do it once for fun" things that becomes an obsession because they're SO DARN CUTE.

they notice one day that one is missing but don't pay much mind because "oh they're small it was bound to get lost eventually" and don't put much thought into it.

little do they know a tiny actually stole borrowed one to use to draw in instead of paper scraps thrown away by the aforementioned crafty bean

I’m pretty sure the tumblr community is well aware of this problem and probably loads of other people have already made posts about this, so I’ll keep it brief.

So recently blogs like this keep appearing in my followers list (these are recent ones)

Now when you get a spam blogs or p*rn bots you’re supposed to blog them. But some these blogs are actual people who are new on tumblr and have the default icon, so you’re supposed to check before who block them. But here’s the problem…

some of these blogs don’t have anything. No posts, No description, No title. So you’re gonna automatically assume that these are spam and block them.

Now I hate fact that some of these blogs belong to actual people and I’ve been blocking and reporting on blogs like these for the past few days, and that they’re probably wondering why there being blocked or reported. ( sorry to the people who own blogs like these that I blocked you)

So a couple of tips for new blogs on this site,

1.You could change the title (a catchphrase, a favorite quote, a random sentence etc.) or type small description, or whatever random stuff you like!

2. You could change the your avator or icon (it be a picture of you, a cartoon, again it’s your choice do whatever)

3.If you’re not planning to frequently post stuff and just sign in to check out other people’s stuff, just put a put a post something like this just to show you’re new here.(again u can write down anything)

stupid x supposed to be the sane one, but is also stupid Basically two idiots but one only acts like an idiot when around friends/family. i say the first idiot (stupid >:3) is tiny, likely a borrower, who starts being an idiot after getting more comfy with the human friendo, who is the slightly more sane stupid. they meet after the human decided to get a midnight snack, some thing they don't usually do.

scary edgy and likely dangerous x sunshine who isn't scared for some reason scary edgy is our big. little sunshine is our small. big is confused on why this little person isn't running away in fear after seeing them. tiny went out to pick wildflowers and happened upon a big person, is now trying to ask where to go to find the best variety of flowers. they end up becoming friends and big will protect smalls innocence with their life.

monster x human this is a big trope int the g/t community, just take it and make it platonic.

dramatic x only one who can tolerate them dramatic tiny and some big guy who has learned to tolerate them.

same trauma leaning towards a big and small who are both escaped experiments bonding over their trauma.

reserved and aloof x doting & affectionate big and their comfort human. human shows they care with lots of hugs. big doesn't show it but they love being around their human pal.

Hello g/t community!

while im working on the art for the interactive take this

A new species!

(you're free to use it without credit, just don't claim it as your own)

the species are currently called deerians because i created them 2 years ago in the middle of the night and never renamed them

anyway, they're little people- naturally around 1' 6" when full grown- with deer ears, antlers, tails, and stuff.

basically plantigrade deer furry thing

they're a magical species and usually have magic relating to 1-2 of the 4 elements (air, water, earth/plant, fire). Most learn how to disguise similar to humans for safety, keeping only the antlers, ears and tail of a deer (so basically kemonomimi)

How does that keep them safe? i dunno maybe kemonomimi are common in my little world i've come up with (they are lol)

they're a size-shifting species, only able to get bigger than their natural size. they can grow up to be the corresponding height, and no bigger. (example: they're naturally 1' 6", the average size for a deerian. so they can grow up to be 5' 6", the average height for a human.)

a not that important Warning! i'll be rambling and world building below. if you don't wanna read that, you can go now ^^

they don't really have their own language, and instead use languages humans use like english, spanish, french, ect.

they used seeds as currency. sunflower seed are worth the most and tulip seeds the least

they lived in a little kingdom inside an abandoned mansion before some undecided unknown species came and took over the kingdom, driving everyone out.

this next part is about how life is before & after the fall of the kingdom

Life before the fall Life was pretty good. the current ruler was fair and just and cared for all citizens equally. he and his family constantly went out to town to see how people were doing and find ways to make life better for them. the king before had been cruel and the current one wanted to make sure he was nothing like him. Some deerians who were skilled enough in their craft would work at jobs in the nearby human town to make money they used to buy food and clothing materials for the kingdom. They didn't need high-paying jobs since the kingdom was a buncha tiny people, and small amounts of food/cloth made such a large difference to little guys. other people worked to make other items for people like clothes, and bedding. some cook. lots of little jobs in the little society. School teaches the kids basic normal stuff that you'd learn in school until 4th grade, when they start teaching about magic as well, since that's when their magic starts to kick in. they have an AIG(academically or intellectually gifted)-type thing for kids who's magic comes in early called the "Early Sprouters Program" or ESP.

Life after the fall People have scattered. Small groups of people set up camp and started making village-like areas, safe havens for loners to come and stay. Loners are very small groups of people (ex: a friend group, a family, a small group of random people who barely know each other) who travel together and scavenge for food while looking for others to add to their group. Some loners are actually alone, fending for themselves, and there are very few loners who left their group to find somewhere else to live, besides with other deerians. Most deerians are unsure what happened to the royal family besides a few families who happened upon them while wandering. Most assumed they're dead. (they aren't btw)

anyway, world building aside here's a few extra details about deerians before you go (ive been typing for an hour omg)

there's other types of deerian

Deerfox Deerian Like a deerian but with fox ears & tail. they also can turn into a deerfox, although they can't size shift when in that form, and always go to natural deerfox size (aka natural fox size), no matter what size they were when they shifted

Jackalope (kemono)mimi Although the species branched off of deerians, it's been around for much longer than the deerfox-deerian and has evolved to be what's basically a human with bunny features and antlers. And magic.

IVE HAD AN EPIPHANY

so furry ocs are easier for me to doodle than humanoid ones, and thw oc's im using for the ask have 3 designs, a furry, kemonomimi, and human design.

i usually use the kemonomimi design but i may be able to get it done quicker with the furry versions

ive been thinking about the trope where the big is (usually significantly) older than the tiny, and i just wanna put a twist on things, to make it more interesting (not that i find it boring its actually one of my favorite tropes)

soo here are my ideas:

Big may be much older than small but still sorta young and inexperienced with kids. Maybe like 16 - 18 year old trying to take care of some child they found one night, maybe in their 20's with no experience with kids as either the youngest or only child, yk something like that

Big doesnt realize the small is a kid/tween, likely because they look older than they actually are. This is really good angst material when big figures out the truth, either by the tiny telling them or some other way. either way, i NEED it.

anyway just some silly little ways to spice up your parental g/t =3

They lay out in the field behind Felix's house. The weather is finally cooperating, and the grass isn't muddy anymore, so they set up a projector to watch a movie. Though Charlie did enjoy the oversized cuddles she got the last time they watched a movie together, her arm was totally numb by the time Felix finally woke up and released her. Also, he seems to like being his full size more, which is just fine by her.

Charlie is settled somewhere above Felix's elbow. She leans back against his arm and feels his warmth radiating behind her, It's nice. His warmth is very welcome. The weather is still cold, and with the sun setting it'll only get colder. Though, she finally brought some blankets over for herself, because Felix apparently likes it cold, the cold from the ground quickly seeps through the blanket and into her. She burrows herself a little closer against his arm, when she gets an idea. She stands, holding her blanket around herself she follows his arm up to his shoulder. At her movement Felix flicks his eyes down to her.

"What are you doing?" He tenses beneath her as she kicks off her shoes and begins climbing up the seem of his shirt.

"I just wanted to come up here." she hums, still climbing " Is this okay? "

"Y-yeah of course. That's fine. Do you want a hand?" He asks tentatively, she grips onto his shirt tighter as he shifts beneath her. She looks up to see his massive arm moving over her as he reaches over himself to cup a hand underneath her. As always, she finds herself awestruck for a moment. He's just so big, and he can move so quickly. She's overshadowed by his forearm, her foot is grazed by one of his gigantic fingers. Looking down she can see the grooves of his fingerprints, details that are usually so small now displayed clearly before her.

"I got it, I'm almost there." She huffs with effort as she pulls herself over the crest of his shoulder. Once she's solidly atop him, his arm retreats, returning to rest at his side. He lays his hand across his middle. She grins up at his face. He's twisted at a bit of an awkward angle trying to get a good look at her.

"Am I more comfortable than the ground at least?" He asks.

"Yeah By like a million percent. And you're warm, which is nice." She finds a spot on his chest to settle down on.

"Ah. You just wanted to steal my warmth." She can hear the smirk in his voice.

"Guilty. But you have enough to share, right?" His gentle laughter rumbles through her, shaking the ground beneath her - he is the ground beneath her, she can't stop smiling. They fall into a comfortable silence for a moment.

"Can you hear my heartbeat?" He asks quietly, "Is it... annoying?" The hand she can see fidgets with the fabric of his shirt. He isn't trying to look at her anymore, she can't imagine that it was comfortable for his neck.

"It's not annoying, no. And for the record, I don't just hear your heartbeat, I can feel it." She presses her hands into his chest beneath her, the gentle rhythm pulses steadily. "That and your breathing. It feels like it moves the whole world around me. Like, I can feel myself moving up and down with you, like I'm on a boat in the ocean or something. And sometimes, if you're at the right angle your breathing will blow my hair around. And when you talk, your voice resonates through your chest and it sends vibrations all around me, and like, through me." He covers his face with his hands. If she wasn't already sitting she would have been toppled over by his swift movement.

"Sorry," he whispers, his voice rumbles through her even though he's talking softly. She watches his throat squeeze as he swallows thickly, "No one has ever tried to describe all that to me before. I... I guess I never thought about it... Ah, sorry!" He's blushing like mad and he knows Charlie can hear his heart pick up the pace.

"Don't be sorry. I like it! I mean, it's the coolest feeling in the world. You're just... So..." She shakes her head trying to find the words, "big." She looks across the landscape of his form, his feet seem ages away. 'Big' seems like such a lame way to describe him, he's so much more than that. She looks back up to his face to find his massive eyes staring down at her. One arm tucks behind his head, the other returns across his middle. "Every little thing you do has such a huge impact, but you're so... gentle, and I just feel so safe when I'm with you." She speaks quickly, not wanting him to stop her before she can get her thoughts out, "And I know! I know you don't like focusing on your size! I know you want me to be careful, and you're afraid of hurting me so you don't want me to be this comfortable. And I know that sure, I probably should be terrified! If you wanted to you could, you could... well, you could do anything!! You could do anything and I wouldn't be able to stop you." His jaw tightens at this, she keeps going. "I know I'm just stating the obvious here, but I literally fit in the palm of your hand!" She looks down at her own hands, trying to picture someone so tiny they could be held like that. She shakes her head. "I actually can't even imagine what that must be like for you. I mean, compared to you I'm just... So small. I mean, I'm nothing! And-"

"You aren't nothing." His voice is sharp as he cuts her off, pushing himself up so that he's sitting. The flat surface of his chest suddenly becomes a wall, she falls back into his waiting palm with a squeak. Both of his hands cup around her His face takes up her whole sky. She doesn't even feel all that high off the ground with him surrounding her like this. "Charlie. You are... You are everything to me." She lets out a small laugh, but he continues, staring down at her intently. "Seriously! When I am like this, and you're so small, I just think about how lucky I am that I can hold my best friend so close. You don't diminish in value just because you diminish in size... Comparatively. I guess you stay the same size and I- but anyway, you know what I mean. Holding you in my hands is one of the most surreal experiences I've ever had. You can probably tell, but I've never held anyone else like this. Sorry you had to be the guinea pig." He gives a small, nervous chuckle, his breath gently tousling her hair. " I can feel it when your whole hand presses against one of my fingers, and it blows my mind every time. Sometimes, I can feel your little heartbeat against my fingertips." This is too much, she would look away but he is everywhere. She covers her face, it worked for him. Unfortunately for her, he has a distinct size advantage, and he's not going to let her escape so easily. All he has to do is reach forward with his thumb and push her arms aside. "Charlie." Her eyes widen, and she thinks she might just melt from the heat of her blush as the thumb that pushed her arms away comes back to gently lift her chin. "You are the first person to ever see me. Not just a giant science experiment, or a problem to fix, or a threat, or a challenge to overcome. You see me. I ..." He shifts his thumb away, and for a moment releases her from the weight of direct eye contact as he looks away. "Look, I've done some things that I'm not proud of. Things I haven't even told you about. I've really hurt some people. I was so angry at my abilities, and just ... The whole world. Everyone said I was a monster so, I was going to prove them right. But... then I met you. And," His eyes flick back to her, "when you're with me, even if I'm a hundred feet tall I just feel so... Normal. " They share a breathless moment just looking at each other.

"So... are we gonna kiss, or..." A lopsided grin spreads across Charlie's face and Felix jolts at the suggestion. She laughs as she's fumbled in his hands.

"Whatever." His laughter shakes through her as he brings her to his chest and lays down once more.

im not good at writing lore and am currently rewriting the stories but

i may do interactives with my babies when i get a tablet (im supposed to get one soon)

I’m feral at the idea of capable Tinies who need to slow down, and they have a Giant in their life who is going to help them learn how to rest. 

A brilliant student who has been pulling several all-nighters cramming for a final they’re definitely way overthinking, so their Giant plucks them up and says “nope you’re done, you need to rest” and tucks them in their pocket and takes them out for lunch or coffee. And the student just passes clean out in their pocket the moment they feel even just a bit of comfy fabric on their face. 

A Borrower who has known nothing but pain and desperation their whole life–one who has had to kill for every substantial meal that has sustained them. But now they’re learning what COMFORT is with a Human? And it’s scary and uncomfortable and weird? And they sort of have to be coaxed into not sleeping with their weapons every night, and allowing themselves to trust that the Human will keep them safe?

It’s not a matter of the Tinies NOT being able to handle themselves–they can and they have for a good long while, but it’s the fact that they FINALLY are allowed a moment to actually REST and feel SAFE.

like- NOT like as a slave or pet, just out of fear.

they've seen what happens when the big gets mad, like at a video game, or a character on a show they like or smth, and they worry that they'll upset the big and something bad will happen to them-

kinda like-

big wants to pick you up? you're kinda scared of hights and/or dont feel like you can trust them yet. "sure!"

big wants to carry you around in pocket? being that close to the big makes you uncomfortable for one reason or another. "why not?"

and then the tiny acts like they're fine so the big doesn't realize whats happening

and the big thinks they're getting somewhere and that the tiny is more comfortable with them now

and then when (and if) they find out and they're so heartbroken- ( ; ; )

Silly little g/t prompt

I have no idea what im doing but like-

Character A, a borrower, who's been living in Character B's house. B is a teen who's friends come over a lot, and A likes to watch them. A longs for a relationship like that, but due to their borrower-ness, can't just go out and make friends like humans.

B has a sleepover, not so unusual, and A knows they have to wait for B and friends to sleep before they can borrow. A needs something to eat though, and eventually caves and goes to grab something really quickly. Plus, they seem invested in what they're doing, so there's no chance they'd just randomly come downstairs right?

WRONG. They get caught by B who had come down to grab some snacks for the others. A ends up jarred and still hungry, and now has become the center of attention. B and friends don't seem too bad though. They're being rather gentle, and even offer some snacks.

Whether or not B lets A go is up to you, but eventually A warms up to the others, and the others feel as if A is part of their group, even if A doesn't.

This seems so silly- i hope i did it right
