Please stay out of the antishipping tags, if proship is all about staying in your own lane then you should practice that.

As most of my posts discuss the dual nature of each individual facet and their parallel existence as a whole, and are designed to be seen by both parties, I tag the relevant posts with both.

I do recognise how that might appear hypocritical or how it might upset some people, so I do welcome and fully support anyone as such using the filtering/muting/blocking features to avoid seeing content they disagree with.

(I do tend to utilize relevant tags heavily to ensure I am offering the maximum possible resources for people to both find and avoid my content. This is for the betterment of anyone who may come across it, and not to deliberately cause contention.)

Just know that all the time you take typing out huge hate rants on my posts is wasted on me. It takes me less than 10 seconds to delete it and I never think about it again.

I can honestly say its reached the point where if I see a discourse post about 911's fans and fan content, I know its a Madney blog before I even look at the URL.

Its perfectly fine to generally disagree with what someone has written, or to dislike what they have written. But the solution to that is to simply move on and not read it. Everyone would happier that way.

Fanfiction is like food. Its personal. Everyone has different tastes. If someone is eating food or making food you don't like, you are under no obligation to eat it and you certainly have no right to demand that they stop cooking/eating.

Some moron apparently built a bot to annoy or prank hundreds of authors.

There is no scanning process, your work doesn't actually resemble AI writing, it's all bullshit. Mark the comment as spam (on AO3, not the email notification you got about the comment!) and don't let it get to you.

Every now and then I get a sudden resurgence in bot followers and I sit and ponder what sin I committed on this site that lead them to my trail. Which post did I like, which seed follower did I miss, which of my posts drew them in like moths to a flame?
