I’m almost positive he did write the episode because the whole way through I thought the writing style was a bit different (in a good way ofc). I think Trey wanted to give him a chance to really speak on the recent spike in anti-semitism and his own experience which is awesome. Also, Matt claims he isn’t a funny guy, but they way some of the humor was mixed up makes me think he wrote a lot of the jokes.

does anyone know if matt stone rlly wrote & directed “cupid ye” or if that was just a joke in the end credits? bc trey normally writes & directs every episode. if so then this is like the first episode matt has written & directed himself since like season 3 so that would be cool if he’s the one writing and directing this whole season to mix things up bc that new episode was really good
