suddenly, he grabbed your wrists and pulled them away, revealing your red cheeks. he gently guided your chin to look at him, and said, "seriously, i think you're the love of my life. i love you. like crazy."

your face, if not already, was heating up like crazy as he stared into your eyes lovingly. "...i love you too?" you mustered out, not really knowing what else to say.

he just grinned and pulled you into his chest, letting you feel his annoyingly steady heartbeat.
