Great ball of fire. Even greater ball of yarn.
Made the sun a messy ball of hot thread. Might make it lore that cats worship the almighty sun yarn as a religion... like a Dark Souls player

This week I have been tearing the game apart to implement a much improved player mechanic. I have also been adding in new pattern themed backgrounds. Since the game is a top-down perspective these will fill the entire screen.
The main goal with these patterns was to break up the previous checkers/ square pattern that was used for every level by using fun shapes and negative space to make each level feel like a fresh scene.

Trees. Because if my computer keeps playing dead, I will be dropping a tree onto it.
Trying to make natural props look like they have been handmade and sewn. Like the Birch tree having the stitch lines
Might start doing some dev logs soon.

The bomb now increases its blast radius every time you circle it. Spending longer to circle it gives enemies more chance to attack you and cancel detonation. A nice risk-reward.
There is atomic-grade sewing potential here.
