So i take the bus almost everyday and i often talk to other ppl on the bus who are in the same school as me. A couple weeks ago one of my friends randomly came up to me and asked if i liked one of the guys who i was talking to yesterday.

Walked past a hotel lobby last week and saw a small sign on the window that had a picture of a pride flag and had "are welcome!" written under.

I stared at it wondering y people need to be reassured they're welcome in a public space. Ya'll we're all human beings at the end of the day.

This has been stuck in my head for a while bc i get that ya'll might be uncomfortable or scared of being judged by other people in those kinds of places, facing homophobes, discrimination, or anything that wont make you feel okay. Honestly? Not your fault. Its rlly none of your fault that some people cant accept the fact that everyone's different to them. No one should have to be reassured they'll be welcome in a space where people breathe and live. We're all humans who are gonna die someday so live life to the fullest bootiful people! Walk where you want and hold your head up high!
