I'm struggling so much, I'm completely out of my honeymoon phase and so desperate to get back in, I'm out of energy and burnt out, I've lost my period for almost 4 months and my mom's getting suspicious, I'm tired of the mental arguments I'm having with myself and I hate it, I can't even focus on my body anymore and I'm overall just so tired but I've almost lost 20 pounds and I wanna get to 125, 10 more but it feels so hard, I can't tell if I want to recover or not and just wait for my honeymoon phase to come back but if I'm waiting for it to come back then will I really "recover" when I stop restriction, e en tho I've attempted recovery I can't eat without logging my calories, but it still feels freeing not logging eating just a little Oreo or anything, help.
