I Really Love Being On Everskies, So I Wanted To Share A Few Of The Outfits I Made. I Have Back Stories

I really love being on Everskies, so I wanted to share a few of the outfits I made. I have back stories on a few of them, so I'll put them in order of "it's just cute to me uwu" to "I designed a character I created 🗿" (also, it's earliest to most recent)

I Really Love Being On Everskies, So I Wanted To Share A Few Of The Outfits I Made. I Have Back Stories

I was playing around with the face on this one and eventually made this. I had been a little obsessed with the yandere troupe at that point. So she does have the vibe of "I found you love~<3"

I Really Love Being On Everskies, So I Wanted To Share A Few Of The Outfits I Made. I Have Back Stories

Randomly made, but after I made it I wanted to come up with some kind of Renaissance, medival ages, 1800 horror story or something.

I need to get an idea for this 😩

I Really Love Being On Everskies, So I Wanted To Share A Few Of The Outfits I Made. I Have Back Stories

This one is more or less the same as the first one, but more like the story of the smiling woman. It was just kind of cute and uncanny.

From various:

I Really Love Being On Everskies, So I Wanted To Share A Few Of The Outfits I Made. I Have Back Stories

This is a beautiful Mama who's been in my head since I was a kid. I finally get to see her made beautifully and not drawn by me 🤡

Her name is Mana and she's the Queen of the Clouds and Qydians (my made up species). Also, also, I really envisioned her to be wearing a sweater, it just seemed cozy to hug her and we all know how soft a good cardigan is.

From Manifested Malevolence:

This woman right here has no name, but has her entire plot developed 🗿. I suck ass at making names so if you enjoyed the post, drop a name for... Pretty much all of them lol.

She's a villain I have in this story where my MC (which is almost always a girl named Cassie) can manifest her thoughts into reality. Not like she can conjure an object, but if she thinks something will happen it manifests and actually happens. If I explain who she is exactly it'll spoil her role in the story, so I'll leave it there.

She uses her good looks to trick men and the rest is up to her abilities.

The 2nd image is how she appears when manifesting. I was just playing around one day and created the prettiest villain I've ever thought of.

Luck was on my side.

I Really Love Being On Everskies, So I Wanted To Share A Few Of The Outfits I Made. I Have Back Stories

This little cutie patootie is another part of the story little miss no name before her is from. Ig this is a spoiler, but this happens within the first 4 chapters, so it's not really a spoiler. No one's gonna ever read your shit so calm down.

Anyways, she is a manifested being named Mika (who is also based on a stuffed rabbit I had as a kid with the same name). She shows up and explains to Cassie what her ability is and her main goal is to help her however she needs it.

Mika is suppose to be very childish and gives me the egirl, overly (and borderline cringey) cute girl, but I can never see my baby as cringe 💞

From normalities:

I Really Love Being On Everskies, So I Wanted To Share A Few Of The Outfits I Made. I Have Back Stories

I was in the middle of writing a story when I thought of this random spin off idea. So, I made her and then wrote it.

Essentially, this Cassie is a super shy girl with a popular boyfriend. While he's at a party, his friends force ask him to get something they've forgotten. He's upset, but agrees to get it, but he wants some company while he goes to get it and she (up there) offers to get it for him since she's closer.

Going to the dorm she needs to, she walks in on some gathering in the room and everyone thinks she's a huge weirdo for looking so scared just walking into a room. She gets what her bf needed and goes to give it to him. She was so anxious by her encounter at the dorm that she ends up looking like she's about to cry and her bf decides to ditch his friends to comfort her 😀

The end.

Thanks for Reading~🍂

Something I've been thinking about lately is the shame around writing slowly, and how prevalent it is for people to be upset about not being able to write a lot really quickly. About how so much of writing advice is "how to write more faster," and how many people seeking advice are asking how to write a thousand words a day, and how big of an annual thing NaNoWriMo is because it's difficult but there's this general vibe of condescension for those who don't participate or who don't "win."

And I used to feel ashamed too. I'd get frustrated by my apparent inability to write more than a few hundred words in a sitting on a good day. I'd beat myself up for only managing my bare minimum of fifty words, I'd try again and again at NaNoWriMo and hate myself for not being able to do it.

But I've realized that if I didn't write slowly, my stories wouldn't be what they are. I wouldn't love them so much, because they wouldn't have become what they did - because they had time to bloom.

And I've also realized that while I have had moments in time where I wrote like that - multiple thousands of words a day for days or weeks on end - that's... not something I aspire to.

I write slow! That's okay!

I'm proud of writing slow. I'm proud of having gotten to the point where I put myself and my process before what others expect of me.

You don't need to be fast. You don't need to be ashamed.

And you don't need to want to be fast, either.

I certainly don't.

Omg, I got a super cool idea.

Flashes of a life they never lived, awakened within them. At the moon's pale glow and it's reflection on the three in it's cold light, they each realized their fight went deeper than just this life's disputes.

Vusha, the previous owner of this curse, ended up with Cassie thousands of years ago. Now, I guess you feel like you're suppose to win.

Of course, that wolf blood is no match for my Tsuki blood now. I learned from the mistakes deep in my ancestry and now I'll win this time.

And again the prize is me. Well, I have no intention of allowing just anyone to work with me. The hero or the villain? Who would I want to win? The one who will work the best with me.

Things to know if you wish to write an Actor!AU

Actors for a movie are very unlikely to meet for the first time on set, unless their characters barely interact. Especially for couples/family members/friends, you will often do auditions together (to test chemistry), script readings, rehearsals etc. Sometimes you might even travel with a co-star and depending on the movie you might do combat training (or any other type of training) together.

When you get on set, you don't immediately start shooting. You first get your make-up, hair and costume fixed. You probably also warm up your voice first, especially if you are about to do a scene where you talk very loud or even scream. Same if you are about to do an action sequence, you will probably want to warm up your muscles first.

Actors are usually not the first people to get on a set. Technicians, make up artists, costumers and often the director too will be there before actors show up.

A shoot almost never starts with a sex scene. Everyone knows they are some of the hardest (as in "awkward") scenes to film in a production so they usually try to plan these when you've already been shooting for a few weeks.

What is however more likely to be filmed first is a scene that shows a lot of the characters' well... character. You want to make sure as early on as possible that your casting choices were correct. That is why the Live Aid scene was the first one to be shot for Bohemian Rhapsody for instance. You don't want to waste time and money on filming an entire movie only to realise that the actors don't match well for the big (emotional) scene.

A movie can, but is rarely shot in order. What usually happens is that scenes are shot based on location. If you have a scene at the beginning of the movie and another one at the end, but they take place in the same environment, then you will film them at the same time. Shooting a movie in the film's chronological order costs extra time and money because you need to move your crew a lot more. It is usually only done by directors who give a lot of importance to the performance of their actors.

Actors have no say in their character's wardrobe... or at least officially. You may give costumers ideas based on how you perceive your character, but you don't have the final word in what you will wear in front of the camera.

Same goes for make-up.

And everyone wears make-up. Yes. even men. Yes, even characters who don't seem to be wearing any. Unless you are working on a very indie project, you are wearing make-up in front of the camera.

There is this thing called "guerilla filmmaking". It is something done in the indie filmmaking world, where you have micro-budgets and use whatever equipment you have at hand. Because of that budget, it often means filming in real locations and without the proper filming permits, which is obviously illegal. Just thought it could give some people inspiration.

Anyone is free to add to this list. I just really had to make it after reading yet another fanfiction where actors who play love interests meet for the first time on set and the director casually drops "I think we'll start with the sex scene"

So, I always get infatuated with characters even if I have no idea who they are lol. So instead of ignoring my urge to write for them, I'm just gonna do it and just not bring up the series. Idk if I'll name this, but it's a good way for me to write about other stuff.

Either way, I hope you enjoy reading!

So, I Always Get Infatuated With Characters Even If I Have No Idea Who They Are Lol. So Instead Of Ignoring

I'll be here for whatever and whenever you need me.

It seemed impossible for those words to actually be doable. The sentiment was sweet, but it didn't seem realistic. Yet, here Mika sat waiting for the boy who told her those words.

She hadn't been expecting him to actually show up, but just minutes after she texted him, there was knocking at her door.

"Hey, I'm here. You didn't fall asleep did you?"

Mika playfully rolled her eyes and got from under her warm blanket to open the door. In front of her stood her strangely disheveled friend.

"Why would I call you and fall asleep?"

He smirked. "You've fallen asleep on calls before."

"Because someone refused to let me end the call." Mika went back inside, allowing him to join her.

"Well, while you might be obviously remembering things wrong, maybe you can remember why you asked me to stop by."

Mika got back under her blanket while he sat on the chair beside the couch she was on.

"Before that, even though I really didn't think you'd actually show up whenever I needed something, what did I take you from?"

He looked to his body and seemed unbothered by the dirt caked into the seams of his shirt, unconcerned by the red bruises on his chin and cheek, and even flat out ignoring the fact that he was missing his usual accessories-- specifically his bag, which he carried his entire life in.

"Oh, I was working."

"You got a job? When? You didn't tell me about it."

"Because I was gonna surprise you with a gift on your birthday."

Mika narrowed her eyes. Knowing it was strange how quickly he volunteered an explanation.

Mika sighed. "This is exactly what I called you over for... Gino, why are you getting back into all that dangerous stuff again?"

"What? You know I quit that. I don't roll with that crowd anymore."

"Yet you still hang around those places? Look, Damara saw you waiting around 9th street. We all know it brings nothing but trouble."

Gino let out a sigh and ran his hand over his hair. "She shouldn't have told you anything..."

"Why? We're still friends and I get worried about you knowing you're still screwing around with those guys."

"That's the thing, I'm actually not. I'm not wrapped up in anything bad."

"Then what are you doing? And don't try to lie, otherwise you must think I'm stupid and can't tell you're all bruised up."

"Of course I knew you'd notice, but it's not from some stupid street fight. I just kind of can't tell you what it's from though."

Mika sighed loudly and put her head in her hands. "I swear, this is exactly why I broke up with you. Here I thought maybe if we were just friends you'd open up a bit more to me... Looks like things are the exact same no matter what."

Gino got up and sat beside her. "Wait a second, that's not what you said before. You said you didn't wanna be with a thug."

"That wasn't a lie, but it wasn't why I broke things off. If I said the real reason you would've started lying even more."

Gino took a breath. "I did listen though. I got out of the Trizards, cut things with almost everyone I knew, and got a legit gig... Kind of figured it would patch things up between us."

"If you did all that then what the hell is the problem with just telling me what you're doing?"

Gino said nothing. They stared at each other and the room's silence weighed on them. Mika's eyes, especially locked on Gino.

"I'm sorry... I just can't-"

Mika released the breath in her throat and turned her back to him.

"Look, I know, I'm being an asshole. I swear though, I'll tell you everything once things settle down."

"And that's suppose to mean something to me?"

"How about this then?" His hand on her shoulder manged to get her to look back. The deep scowl on her face made Gino avert his gaze, but he took out his phone and scrolled through the images before stopping and presenting the screen to her.

"See? These guys, I work with them and I pretty much trust them with my life. They'd never let me slip back to my old ways."

Mika saw Gino standing around a group of people. They were all smiling and seemed to be enjoying themselves. This was a stark contrast to who she knew Gino hung out with before.

"You can show me them, but not tell me what it's about?"

"I'm sorry, but I can't. I kind of don't wanna jinx it by telling everyone about it then it blows up in my face. I promise that's the only reason I don't wanna tell you. If that wasn't the case, we'd be up all night talking about everything I've been doing."

Mika couldn't help but smile at his near boyish excitement. He always got that way when he wanted to talk with her. She almost forgot she was upset.

"Then you have to promise me something."

"Anything."

"You have to come by my place just so I know you're not... dead or something."

Eagerly, he responded. "That's not a problem, but it's a little strange if you're gonna be going out with other guys and stuff."

Mika sighed. "I think you mean to say it'll be weird that we're not dating."

"You said it."

"You're so annoying. Look, I obviously never wanted to break up. I pretty much never stopped... loving you either."

Gino tried to hold back his smile, he failed however. "You sure can hide your feelings though. I really thought you were done with me!" He cupped his palm on her cheek. "But I'm so happy to know you actually weren't."

Leaning closer, his eyes closed and Mika was right there with him and their lips met just as their eyes closed.

Gino held Mika's face and kept her still while pushing her back against the arm rest of the couch. Mika let out a concerned muffled moan and pushed against his chest, stopping him.

"I know exactly what kind of kiss you're giving me and I'm not doing that tonight."

Caught red handed, Gino smiled at her. "I can't change your mind?"

"No, but I can do you one better. We can cuddle instead, but only if you change out of those clothes. You're filthy dude."

Gino chuckled and gave her a peck on her lips before he sprang off the couch and started to strip right in her living room.

"You still got my hoodie?"

"Exactly where we said you'd pick it up at."

"I'm guessing my sweats are there too?"

"I just washed them."

Gino smiled eagerly taking off with the outer layer of his outfit in his arms.

Mika smiled seeing him again. She felt an immense wave of gratitude wash over her knowing she could always reach out for him.
