i feel like it's absolutely crucial in the social justice world to take "he a little confused but he got the spirit" and similar sentiments/situations as a Win. intent is so much more important than saying it right the first time! if someone is approaching with scuffed language and incorrect terms but they're visibly being as polite as they know how, that person is a friend and should be treated better than what their words might invite in someone else's mouth.

possibly at some point. I'd like to do a whole bunch of characters, but it's hard to find the time/motivation, and I have other personal projects I want to work on to. If I get the time, I'll probably do some of the main characters from each arc. Brambleclaw's not exactly my favorite character though, so I'd probably end up doing other's first.

I am a person who has medically transitioned/is transitioning. I wasn't less trans before I transitioned. I wasn't less trans while I was fighting discrimination to get my care. I would still be trans if I was still waiting. I would still be trans if I could never get it. I would still be trans if I had been to afraid to start. I would still be trans if I didn't want to medically transition at all.

Got ahold of some ADHD medication. I have been working for ten hours.
I am going to make myself stop now for food and relaxation, but I don't feel like I have to stop right now or I will crumble into dust, which is my normal reason for stopping after 2-4 hours. In other news, new Half-Lives chapter soon.

I have come up with a better metaphor than “you can’t pour from an empty cup” for burnout. You can’t boil an empty kettle. Pouring from an empty cup just gets you nowhere. Trying to boil an empty kettle can ruin the kettle, the stove, and burn down your house if you keep trying it.

OK, if anybody wants to learn more about this, or just watch a cool video from one of my favorite channels in general, I'd recommend this: Gimli Glider Mentor Pilot does videos on air crashes and accidents, goes over why they happened, and details everything that was done in the aftermath to prevent them from happening again. His videos are some of my favorite things to listen to while working!
Other videos I'd recommend are this one on probably the most famous air accident ever: Miracle on the Hudson And this absolutely ridiculous demonstration of the ground effect: Olympic 411
Both of those incidents ended with no deaths and only minor injuries.
