No it's not , it's a fetus ,an underdeveloped , dependent ,NON sentient human organism
The difference between a human baby and a human fetus is staggering

It's survival is dependent on some one else's body , ( Which causes bodly harm and possibly Death )

Has a fully developed independent body ( yes it does grow , but growing and being able to process your own oxygen and being able to get it yourself is different )

Biologically and ( chemically )independent , but physically no ( but different from being completely connected to someone else's body , difference : someone else could take care of the baby )( you can give away your responsibility )

It's not the " baby's " fault it's father is a rapist
Neither is it the pregnant person fault they were raped , they were violated and to say the must be violated again for a zef ( Zigot , embryo , fetus ) is just blatantly wrong ,
No one is blaming the fetus , it isn't even a person to be blamed , but in this situation , it's not the victim , its just a shity situation and a fetus doesn't become priority .
# Consent to sex isn't consent to pregnancy , because consent to smoking isn't consent to cancer ,( yes they lead to it , but you are legally allowed to get treatment ) , saying people who have sex shouldn't be allowed to an abortion is like saying people who smoke can't have treatment because the consented to smoking ( and Don't try and say because abortion is murder , it's NOT a person, , you don't call taking brain dead people off Life support murder , because they aren't people anymore , just like a zef they don't have sentience , you can't compare the murder of a living sentient infant/ toddler to a non sentient, non pain feeling zef, yes you are killing an ORGANISM but organism=personhood , consciousness , we kill millions of microscopeic organisms, animal AND HUMANS that we deem have lost sentience ergo person hood )
Plus , consent can be revoked if the action is still happening , so yes , consent can be revoked while being pregnant

A fetus under the 24th -20th week is NOT an infant , 24th week and up is capable of living outside the womb so it can be accurately call it an infant

UpReShOn’ like which is it ? a clump of cells that is incapable of doing a single thing, or a fully developed human who willingly placed themselves in your uterus and is evilly using your body without consent ?

Your right to bodily autonomy ends when someone's life is there / the right to life is more important the bodily autonomy
If that is so, people should be forced to donate blood and organs , people should never be taken off Life support , the right to bodily autonomy is more important than someone else's right to life
You can't force some one to go in a burning building for you , even if they are responsible for you ( like a child or a pet or a lover , your right to self preservation is important )
Your right to life is only if your not living of someone else's body , causing the harm or possibly Death
Your right to life ends when someone doesn't want to donate an organ for you , or take you off Life support
Your right to life ends when somebody else's bodily autonomy begins

Don't give up , the fight is still going
Just in case you aren't clear on how things work, overturning Roe Vs. Wade will not make abortion illegal federally. Instead, it will give states the legal right to ban abortion, if they so choose, and many red states will attempt this if overturned. But, as of right now, the evening of May 2nd, no such decision has been made, there are no official proceedings, and nothing is set in stone. Now is the time to be loud.
for anyone who is currently panicked about the Supreme Court overturning roe v. wade:
it hasn't happened yet.
what was leaked was an initial draft of the majority opinion: it's the first indication of what the supreme court are leaning towards voting and why. (and by the way, these never get revealed to the public during current cases. this is a huge deal.)
"Justices can and sometimes do change their votes as draft opinions circulate and major decisions can be subject to multiple drafts and vote-trading, sometimes until just days before a decision is unveiled. it is vital that people understand that it hasn't happened yet. and don't get me wrong: this is still very bad. my point isn't to give people a reason to stop caring. my point is, armed as we are with this leaked information, please please contact your state officials. support abortion rights initiatives as well as you are able.
send the Supreme Court every message we can that making this ruling would go against the public's wishes. turn public favor vehemently against them.
this hasn't happened yet. do not resign yourself to this future. do not panic. do not give up.

The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood v. Casey – that largely maintained the right. “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Alito writes.

"Supreme Court lawyer Neal Katyal: "My thoughts on politico story saying the Court voted to say Roe v. Wade is fully overruled. I’ve quickly scanned the draft opinion and it appears legitimate. This means there was a preliminary vote to fully overrule Roe V Wade and that a majority of the Court agreed.
This opinion says states can criminalize abortion, with no rape or incest exception. It is exactly the hardline position I’ve been saying the Court is going to impose for the last 3 years. It will set women back in profound ways. Congress must act ASAP."

A simple majority vote in the Senate would nullify the threat to reproductive health posed by the Mississippi case.
