Ao3 I swear to god if you say I need to get rid of something or log in I’m going to cry. Like stop logging me out when I’m trying to go to the next page or when I’m trying to click on a fanfic
Absolutely amazing how AO3 is a part of the internet that doesn't sneak in any ads and doesn't have an algorithm and doesn't watch you or record how much time you spend looking at each fic or whatever. It's just right there to use for free. Legend
The Ao3 account is so damn considerate. Like they post multiple warnings and even suggest to download fics to tide us over because they know we are little trash goblins that can’t survive 10 hours without our delicious fandom sustenance.

AO3 is down for maintenance and I am clawing at my walls. How am I to survive without my children. I (somehow) didn't realize how dependent I am on AO3 until now.

look it's late and I can't sleep but why is it that a lot of media spends all its time dancing with a big will-they-won't-they and then ends almost immediately after they do?? my good sirs I waited all this time I was so patient it may be a nice and easy way to de-escalate tension towards the end of the story but I am sad and lonely give me ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIP you COWARDS
Being in a small fandom is a double edged sword.
It’s nice as there is little to no drama, but you are constantly on life support due to the little content that’s in it

One of the few perks of going to bed at 4 am is that you can just sleep through both the morning AND ao3 downtime. Yay me.

Read a 500 page book in a day
Read only fanfiction until my eyeballs drop out of my skull from exhaustion
crazy how fanfic authors drop the most beautiful and gorgeous pieces of work ever, leaving you speechless and sobbing at three in the morning as you quietly contemplate the masterpiece you just read
and they don’t get paid for it they just do it because they’re having fun and they want to share their joy with you
like I would literally die for all of you fanfic authors out there reblog to swear your allegiance to fanfic authors
Have you ever read a really good fic then looked up the author's other works and lo and behold a treasure trove of fics that are exactly your kind of shit? Because god that is what euphoria feels like. I love you random fic writers i unexpectedly find
