I am so glad I started the Whole30 and I may just continue for longer because it has brought out so many issues in my relationship with food. I straight up have been kidding myself, I though I was good and didn’t have any unhealthy tendicies and food wasn’t a big deal in my life but the whole30 has shown me exactly how my mind is tied to food in so many things. Not only that, but I’ve actually started to see physical results from my last 8 weeks of working out and my body is thriving in so many ways! Without the Whole30 I would probably be crash dieting to cover up deeper issues and defeated that nothing is actually happening.
