Bro I just had a TUE thought
This has probably been pointed out or addressed before, if not in canon (I haven't rewatched in a while), but like. Bro.
Did we ever get a confirmation on which timeline Box Lunch came from, specifically?
Obviously she came from a timeline in which Dan exists (or it can be safely assumed so), but I don't think it ever was specified if it was from the timeline we saw.
Still, remember when Danny went to the future, and how all the ghosts showed up to teach him a lesson, even though this Danny wasn't the version that ruined their lives? Remember how ridiculous that seemed, that they would blame him when he clearly wasn't the same Danny?
Well. Consider, who all was there? Ember. SkulkTech. Johnny, Kitty, and Shadow. Box Ghost. Notably, Lunch Lady wasn't there, which I think was heavily implied to be because Dan killed her.
But why wasn't Box Lunch there?
Because Danny killed her in his own timeline, by igniting an explosive sauce packet and detonating her. Whatever timeline she came from, she's not getting back to it, because our Danny killed her. "Didn't do anything" my ass, am I right?
Again, probably super obvious, but bad writing aside, it's pretty fucked up.

So John Constantine has canonically exorcised a ghost by telling it to piss off, so imagine, if you will, this:

Started watching Danny Phantom again
Johnny hits Jason with his bike ("we were supposed to go through him babe!" "But we didnt!") which knocks Jason unconscious. Kitty sees he's a ghost and is like "its a baby!" gif and refuses to leave him there.
Jason wakes up to the weirdest coddling experience of his (after)life. After many many tries he cannot successfully escape the growing group of concerned ghosts who are doing the coddling
Two days later Batman issues a search for his missing son, becoming more and more distressed when the batfam finds no leads
Danny Phantom/DC fanfic idea:
Danny gets summoned (they summoned the Ghost king and got 14 year old looking Danny) by the DC characters (your choice) to take care of a ghost that has been causing havoc. The DC characters are pretty much going through Armageddon (idk maybe Pariah got out again or Box ghost decided that buildings count as boxes or Skulker decided hunting Supers would be fun) and Danny’s like “Must be a Monday”. He definitely mutters “Oh, not this asshole again.” Instead of fighting the ghost, Danny just goes “Yo asshole, knock it off!” And much to the DC characters’ surprise the ghost actually listens and stops their rampage and is very apologetic to Danny.

I was wondering what Schrödinger’s cat would be willing to fight over. I decided it would probably just attack the box ghost on sight.
Lel, thinking about ghosts can't go intangible in the batcave or any other places that Batman would operate his work like the watchtower or something cuz the ghosts have a similar power to Martian Manhunter.
So when Skulker was tasked to steal something cuz he made a deal with Vlad, he got shocked to find that he couldn't get through.
Skulker investigated a little more before finding out that it's different compared to Vlad's and Fentons machines in keeping ghosts out. Don't know what it is but it's working and this got Skulker interested in this device.
Skulker: I could use this to trap that Royal Whelp!
Cue on laughing like a maniac but the sounds still goes off like a friendly way.
Skulker ended up visiting a few more times when Ember, Box Ghost and Desiree got curious of what has Skulker has been up to. After finding ot, the three wants to hover around to investigate with him.
All the while the JL are stalking about in the bushes since they couldn't see them in cameras, they had to use this resort.
