We are gathered here today to pay our respects to Dazai Osamu, a man who touched many lives in his own unique way. Dazai was a brilliant detective, a loyal friend, and a fearless fighter. He was always ready to help those in need, even if it meant putting himself in danger. He had a sharp wit, a playful humor, and a charming smile. He also had a dark side, a side that struggled with pain, loneliness, and despair. He often joked about suicide, but we never thought he would actually pass. We wish we could have been there for him, to comfort him, to support him, to save him. But we can't change the past. All we can do is honor his memory and cherish the moments we shared with him. Dazai Osamu, you will be missed. You will always be in our hearts. Rest in peace.
