Made these little autism creature/Yippees of the Broadway versions of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory characters! If anyone knows who created the autism creature/Yippee, let me know so I may thank them for the amazing creature!

Anyone know what happens to Veruca in the Tuahcan, Ohio version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? Please let me know. And if anyone has a video of it, that’d be nice.

charlie trusts wonka so much that he defends the man (that he just met) to his family. HE JUST MET HIM OMG. none of the charlies in the films depicted how charlie in the books basically worships wonka. maybe in the catcf 2005, yes, a little, but still. charlie never experienced when wonka turned his back against the world. when a god abandoned his believers, when a king left his people. maybe that's why charlie out of all people still believes in him because the boy had never yet, been betrayed by him.

Charlie is left wandering around the factory, what did he see?!

it was during the after hours in which they'd both frolic at the top of frank's apartment balcony,

unbeknownst to her, spike had captured a video footage, the slight shakiness of the quality lets her indicate that this is probably the first time spike's ever grasped a handheld camera

its a candid sight, but also surreal, witnessing for the very first time her past self give a genuine smile.

• MEMORIES

Charlie Bucket had never been as recluse as his mentor. In fact, he had become somewhat of a face for the Wonka Corporation as a whole. Whether by interview or event, through paper or screen, the world had had the pleasure of witnessing the heir grow into a charming, smart, yet sometimes obsessive young man (though the first trait often masked the last).

That was, until the day he vanished.

The Factory went silent once more: no one ever went in, no one ever came out, and the name 'Charlie Bucket' ceased to appear in any official document. For years, the unsolved mystery of his trace-less disappearance cropped up again and again...

It wasn't until history repeated itself, that the familiar face reappeared: Five Golden Tickets, and an appearance from Willy Wonka himself.

Ok, hear me out...

Oh, to stumble and fall on Willy’s arm✨

After suffering at the hands of their own selfishness and cruelty, the children and parents are taken to a wing in the hospital wing that is for mental trauma more than physical and are given the option to live in the factory.

All of the children talk it over and decide, with or without their parent’s say, that they want to live there, away from the things that made them so spoiled.

10 years later, the former children are running the show of the factory and succeeding very well. Charlie is the face of the company and head Chocolatier, Veruca handles the budgets and is a sponsor thanks to her father’s business, Violet is head Marketing and Sales due to being able to crush the competition, Augustus works as the main taste tester and flavor maker, and Mike Teavee works as head of technology and innovation.

Some of the things that has happened to them has forever changed them, however. Violet is still very very blue, however hair dye and make up has been able to help cover that up. Veruca still has small scars all over her from being scratched by the squirrels. She also never goes into that room of the factory ever. Augustus still has a habit of biting his fingers when he dips his hand in chocolate and hurts himself doing so. Mike has what the others call a ‘glitch’, but is diagnosed as Alice in Wonderland syndrome, perceiving himself to be smaller than he actually is. A few Oompa Loompas are stationed around each child to help them out.

As they grow, they become one big family and help each other through their issues, even if it means putting off a day’s work to comfort their friends.

Hello all! I’m reopening my CATCF Roleplay server!

So we do have a base plot, read down below, but we also have many Roleplay rooms where two or more can create an idea and roll with it.

Basic Plot:

Instead of the children being the ones to suffer at the hands of Wonka’s torture devices, it was their parents who had a cruel dose of reality handed to them.

The losers of the contest were asked to stay by Wonka’s side or to go with their now deformed parents. All of them chose to stay and live within the factory to become better.

Now, as adults, the five of them reign over the Chocolate Factory with ease and precision, Wonka’s candy more popular than ever before.

Charlie is the face of the company and head Chocolatier, Veruca handles the budgets and is a sponsor thanks to her father’s business, Violet is head Marketing and Sales due to being able to crush the competition, Mike Teavee works on maintaining the technological parts of the factory such as the TV Room and is the first person called when there is a malfunction that the Oompa Loompas can’t fix, and, of course, Augustus Gloop is the main taste tester and with his help, a lot of new flavours have been created and some have been discontinued due to his input.

As they run the factory smoothly, using their talents to their advantage, they happily live their lives together and enjoy each day they can be themselves and cultivate their passions.

Something that occurred to me upon my second watch of 2023 Wonka:

Willy drops his last silver sovereign in the drain. Charlie finds the money to purchase the chocolate bar that changes his life...::drumroll::...in the drain.

I absolutely love all the tiny parallels to 1971 Wonka, like the three steps backwards on the stairs, or the waggling of the eyebrows.

The UK tour merch was all of Broadway's leftovers, but we really wanted something special signed by the cast. So we just decided to make our own. We couldn't be more proud of it, and the cast loved it too! ✨
