New OC Time!!
Meet Jungle Juice! He is a Fruit Dragon/Dog Hybrid (or a "DraDog" as he loves to call himself) who owns a tiki bar in a tropical jungle that he happens to live in, every creature big and small LOVE to come to his little hut for his amazing specialty Jungle Juice Punch, which is made from the fruit that his magic generates
- His tiki bar is called The Punch Bowl
- He is a very laidback, chill and fun loving creature who loves to take naps in his hammock, drink fruit punch, swim in the rivers in his home habitat and overall just hang loose and be the life of the party to his customers and friends.
- He may come off a lot of the time as a "absent minded dope" and rarely gets mad. But he is a very good business man and if you ever try to steal from him or try to underhandedly take down his bar, his dragon part of himself will surely come through
-He is a very good friend of Banana Zap's and they all have a "support group" of sorts that's basically most of the dragon hybrids that happen to exist (in my OC universe they belong in at least)
- He smells like apples and holly berries
- He is Pansexual/Ambonec (any and all pronouns)

Meet Dimitri LymeWyre!
Best friend of Zipp Brighton, Dimitri is a local surfer who resides in Citrus Beach and is the owner of the Shaka Surf Shack, a popular surfboard shop that also doubles as a lounge and a gift shop in Citrus Beach that is well known for being a place to hang out for beachgoers
He and Zipp are pretty much seen hanging out all the time, whether it's catching big waves on their boards, hanging out at the Shaka Surf Shack, drinking at the Punch Bowl, or otherwise just causing chaos and mayhem on the beach, Dimitri is usually the calm breeze that keeps Zipp's thunderstorms from being too destructive personality and dynamic wise
He is chill, laidback, easygoing, friendly, charismatic, open-minded, patient, adventurous, peaceful, fun-loving, mischievous, playful, rascally, and overall a very cool-headed guy who rarely, if ever, feels anger and has a slight chaotic streak to him
Dimitri also has a blossoming crush on Jungle Juice, the owner of the Punch Bowl, the tiki bar that he and Zipp frequent, and is slowly starting to grow into a sweet friendship between the two since Dimitri sticks around the bar after closing hours to help around and to chat
Notes:
He naturally smells of Monster Rio Punch and Salt Water
He is very skilled at bartending and mixing drinks, which he uses to help Jungle Juice at the Punch Bowl
Dimitri and Zipp met when they were both 12 years old, Zipp and his family had moved from their home near a swamp to Citrus Beach when his mom got a better job opportunity there
He lost his right eye when he was 4 years old from attempting to play with his father's golf club (he tried swinging it and he hit himself in the face and eye with it)
His favorite genres of music are Ska Punk, Reggae, Beach Music, and Surf Music

Favorite aspect of Alastor revealed in the show has gotta be that he loves being the center of attention. He's said to be an enigma, yet he thrives on people being curious about him. He wants to know what people think of his deal with Charlie. He wants people to wonder why he has been missing for seven years. And the majority of the few times we see his smile grow tense is when his mystery is disregarded.
Which explains why he enjoys his rivalry with Vox. Vox's obsession is a reliable source of attention for him. No matter what Alastor does, Vox will be there trying to undermine him. And watching him try is a dual source of enjoyment: it is fun to see his enemy stumble and glitch in frustration, but damn does Alastor also enjoy being in the spotlight, even if in the mind of just one person.
I want Alastor to be the objectively bad one in whatever went down between him and Vox. I want it to be made clear that Vox trusted him wholeheartedly, that Alastor swore they were partners and equals, friends even. That maybe they were on the cusp of some huge deal that would make them both the most powerful overlords and at the last second Alastor wrote Vox out and took it all for himself. That Vox asking him to âjoin his teamâ was him asking what went wrong. They were partners werenât they? And to have Alastor cruelly shoot back that Vox was always just another tool, a pawn, something to be used and discarded. That his gift for being so useful to Alastor was letting him live with what little power he hadnât managed to steal.
Thatâs why they fought before Alastor disappeared. Thatâs why Vox has surrounded himself with friends but still makes sure heâs the one writing the contracts. And thatâs why heâs so obsessed with getting revenge on Alastor.
And most importantly I want Charlie to learn this. I want her to see what Alastor made Vox into, what he was willing to do to his friend, and then to wonder what that means heâs willing to do to her and her little âpet projectâ heâs supporting out of boredom.
Season 2 wishlist. Charlie needs to see Vox for whatever reason. In front of her, Vox is the PERFECT businessman. Charming. Suave. A firm handshake, not too forward, complements Vaggie on her fighting during the extermination, makes it sound like she renounced heaven instead of getting kicked out. He is working SO hard to make the V's seem respectable after Valentino and the entire arm licking thing. And it's working! Charlie is Delighted! It's going great! Until...
"Oh, I'm sorry, I should probably introduce my other business partner! Vox, sir- mister voxtech sir, this is Alastor!"
At which point dramatic bitch Alastor finally steps into the room with the smuggest grin on the fucking planet as Vox glitches out trying to keep his businessman smile in place.
YES!!! i want vox and charlie to meet so bad because the shenanigan possibilities are genuinely endless. the moment alastor shows up vox is going to lose the plot, but until that moment, there's so much to explore with charlie's optimism and forgiving nature vs vox's exploitative attitude and conmanshipâshe's not stupid, she knows he takes advantage of people (similar to how she knows how dangerous alastor is) but she's kind and hopeful despite that, which vox would take as extreme naivete, but he wouldn't recognize right away i think how smart and determined she is despite that. she knows how bad people in hell are, she doesn't need to be told. vox is as unrepentant as they come, she understands that, and she has faith regardless. he'd think it was stupid but there'd be a niggling piece of him deep down that craves her unconditional acceptance; he performs so much emotional management for the other vees + all of his audience that he'd be very taken aback by someone who actively attunes to his emotional state with nothing but positive intent. what was i talking about. oh yeah season 2 radiostatic ideas. i want charlie to make them do a couples counselling session like sambucky in tfatws
Hal Jordan, Authority, and Thaal Sinestro
So this was originally going to be a reply to an Anon who wanted to talk about Halâs issues with authority in contrast to Sinestroâs need for control. Instead I wrote an essay. Oops?
So letâs talk about Harold fucking Jordan and his âIssues with Authorityâ!
I actually find this phrasing kind of ironic, since Hal isnât the Green Lantern that comes to mind with that phrase. He doesnât have a problem taking orders, per say, so much as he does with whoâs giving them.
In that way, it is very fascinating that his canonical tale of star crossed friendship is with, to quote Anon, âcontrol-freak Sinestro.â In fact, thatâs one of the reasons they work so well as a pairing, to be completely frank. They are a very complimentary pair, but not for strictly D/s or control reasons either.
