So Belos probably was never planning to go back to the human world as he thought it was impossible, so if Luz had never come he probably would’ve just stuck with he’s original plan and the draining spell would just happen and everyone will die including hunter who would’ve still been loyal to him, and wouldn’t even know what was going on.
