Having an alter in our system, who is a Dazai kin/introject, suddenly gain memories is terrifying. Those memories feature painful traumas and we have been told by other trauma holders that yeah we went through that.

So suddenly having someone who deeply feels like they are Dazai and having painful and intense memories like we rarely have in our introjects is fucking terrifying.

I wonder how much closer we're getting to unlocking those memories and its extremely stressful to contemplate because 90% of the system is in heavy denial about these traumas.
