Date story

Because of Dabi’s work and financial status, the two of you don’t go out, to eat, or in general. Most of your dates are at home or in a secluded area in nature. Your dates are also not very normal, there spontaneous and to most, not date activities. Your dates go one of two ways either the two of you pick a date and whatever happens, when you’re together is the date or he basically kidnaps you and takes you on a picnic like a date, often with fast food.

Today was one of the previously assigned dates. You haven’t seen your boyfriend yet so it hadn’t started, but it was pretty late so you already started to make dinner for two. While in the kitchen you heard the front door open and then a stumbling sound. You made sure that you could leave the food without the worry of it burning and went to the entrance of the apartment you shared with the villain.

You weren’t shocked to fin a scraped-up Dabi on the couch as it was normal for him to come home in unhealthy states. The commonness of his state didn’t make you worry less just more used to calming it. You retreat to get the first aid kit, then returning to your burned boyfriend.

“ Time for my welcome home kiss.”

Your smug boyfriend said when you returned, pointing to his lips

He rolled his eyes, some would call it annoyance you call it disappointment, you knew he wanted that kiss.

You fixed him up and gave him the kiss he wanted. You then got up and pulled him to the kitchen table. dinner was one by now so you served the food. It was one of the nicest and normal dates the two off you had, but that’s what it’s like dating a villain.

And when Dabi is live streaming for no fucking reason he gets like nonstop comments about Hawks. The hero went missing at the end and people assume the villains are torturing him or maybe just killed him already. And Dabi reads them before going like "uh yeah, he kinda lied to us and betrayed us and is a filthy hero so we torture him for revenge and information all the time. Here I'll show you. Content warning, by the way" and he walks through whatever building he's in and opens a door and Hawks is just there playing a video game in perfect health.

"Hawks can I torture you later."

Some might think living with a handsome, ravishing no.2 hero hawks is just like a dream. However, you know what bullshit that is. Yeah, he has his looks but can't settle down in a relationship for the life of him. Though some people understand, he's too fast. And you should knew, he always came back past 12pm he's rarely in the penthouse and if your being honest as much as he hates the term, Keigo's an workaholic.

So sometimes you go up to the board yourself, telling them how he's this critical condition and how its ridiculous they demand paperwork while he's still bruised. While Keigo thinks its amusing how you couldn't care less about the repercussions of you speaking without a care in the world, you seriously worry about his care being under that charming smile.

"How many times do you have to fall through a building, leaving me to bandage your coo coo birdy ass up only to do it all over again? Not paying me for the endless professional health kits?" Stifling a laugh he shrugged his shoulders, "Well when you put it like that, I kinda feel bad." You heard the sarcasm in his voice, making you suddenly tighten the bandage around his forearm. Earning a hiss in pain from him, his head falling back on the couch. "Oh pipe down, you felt much worse than this right?" You teased, wrapping it more gently before tying it up.

"Thanks doc, can I get a kiss for being a good patient-" Using your quirk you threw a pillow at his face, hiding your slight blush. "Shut up and get ready for bed, I went to the board they're giving you a couple of days off." You explained, putting the bandages and disinfectant back into the container. "Birdy you didn't have to do that, all I needed was a good nights sleep and I would've been fine-" Shooting him a glare he chuckled, "Fine fine, I'll rest up." "Good."

Closing the lid to the box, it floated back into your bathroom as you went to the kitchen to get a late night snack. "Yknow its funny, you say you hate me yet, you care for me just as much." He remarked making your blush return, lucky your back was facing him. "How could I not? You literally leave at times of the night when I'm still sleeping, I wake up your gone only to come back at like 1am." You started, still going on as you closed the pantry door with a small bag of marshmallows.

"I-I get worried at times Kei, I know you can't always tell me where your going, but atleast know your somewhat safe here resting." You finish turning around, your eyes finally meeting his slightly widen ones. "Well, how about this I'll start leaving you notes everytime before I leave, and if your not awake I'll leave a feather or two to tickle you out of your sleep." He teased with a slight smirk on his face, "Yeah right, but you don't have to do that Kei I feel like that would be slight of a hassle just for me to know-" Your eyes looked down at the island countertop for a mere second, only to have your eyes locked on his with him now infront of you.

"Hey, if it means having you not worry so much I'll do it." He began, his eyes softer as his hand found its way ontop of yours. "Unless you want me to be here all the time?" He teased once more, his red pupils staring into yours as if waiting for a reaction. Not wanting him to tease you further you decided to do some teasing of your own, "Well I mean that would give me a further peace of mind, plus you'd be here with me." You stated, not expecting to see a light hint of blush over the winged hero's cheeks. Even his wings ruffled slightly at the comment.

"Look who's blushing now? Anyways, since its getting late and I'm not tired yet..wanna watch a movie?" Still stunned by your replied, he just nodded. "Uhm, yea sure. Your pick." Feeling his hand pull back you felt a slight ping of sadness, before making your way over to the his room to watch a movie. Keigo had always had a bigger bed because of his wings, he even had it custom made so its bigger than a kings.

Little did you know, a lot more embarrassing moments would happen in that bedroom.

you had hanged out in hawk's room before, hell you even took naps in his room when he wasn't there. Its not your fault his bed just happens to be more cozier than your own, his feathers that are scattered in the room not bothering you as you fell asleep.

So it was no surprise when you felt your own eyes get heavy, Kei of course noticed this and was amused by how you refused to rest your head on his shoulder. "Your seriously gonna keep nodding off and snapping back awake? Or are you that determined to stay awake with me hm?" You rolled your eyes tiredly, before giving in and resting your head on his shoulder.

"There happy?" You asked sleepily, not knowing how the blonde's heart beated faster feeling you unconsciously snuggling into his side. "Don't get any ideas dummy..this is a one time thing.." You trailed off, linking your arm with his pressing your face now against his bicep. Looking down at your tired expression he smiled softly, trying to control the happy fluttering of his wings.

Craning them around you both, acting as a blanket. "One time thing huh? Guess I'll make the most of it." He continued to watch the movie, glancing at your sleeping expression occasionally. Once he saw his clock turn 1am, kei decided to let you sleep in his bed. Besides your reaction when you found yourself under his sheets would be priceless. Lifting your legs up slightly, he pulled the duvet over you both.

You shifted in your sleep slightly, shuffling closer to the blonde from a lack of touch. Keigo had loved that factor about you, no matter how many times you say you hate him you need his touch no matter the situation. And this was no different, so happily Kei gently wrapped an arm around your waist as to not cause you to stir in your slumber. Using a feather, he turned off the tv focusing on your tired features.

Your slightly messy hair, your face smushed into his chest, and soft snores leaving your lips. Yeah he had it bad for you, fighting the urge to kiss your lips he took one last long look at your sleeping face before drifting to sleep himself.

Hnnnngh Dabi confessing that he's always wanted to see Hawks off his pedestal, see him wounded and dirty, and was willing to be the one to do it even though he does genuinely like Hawks. Morbid curiosity rather than hate and anger, if you will. But in a moment of vulnerability, all Hawks can say in response to that is a quiet, tired, confused, "why does everyone want to hurt me?".

His parents hurt him, the commission hurts him, his fans pull and yank his feathers out, villains he's never met want to destroy him. And now Dabi, who takes care of Hawks and is kinder to him than anyone he's ever met, still wants Hawks to be at a low and wants to be the one to put him there. Hawks doesn't understand what's wrong with him that it always ends up like this

18 years old is the legal age in which a person is considered an adult in the eyes of the law, where I'm from atleast. I think many other parts of the world as well but I'm not sure. Again, 18 means you're a what? An adult!!! Are you still with me? You are? Good!!! Now Manjiro Sano in Kanto is 18, and what's that? Oh my god, it's an adult, very good. Now, OG, Manila, Bonten and Racer Mikey are 27, now, I don't know if you know this but 27 is older then 18, I know crazy. As with all the other characters from TOKREV, they're written- and will be written with the Canon ages of in their 20s.

ADA Dazai is 22, and Dazai in the Mafia is 18, it's Canon. Chuuya is 22 and Fyodor is literally ancient, he is well above the age of 18. And before you get on my ass with "actually Dazai was 15-18 🤓☝️." Shut. The fuck. Up. I don't write about him as a 15 year old, whenever I write about PM Dazai, he's 18.

“ Alright kids. Hold onto the rope. Road crossing to the pick up area is important. Always pay attention.” Shoto said, watching the little ones obeying. Miu was at the end. She somehow fell on her knees and hands. She cried, feeling so much pain. The teacher took over. “  It’s okay kid.” He carried her across then checked her hands and knees. Scratches and small cuts. “ Is your mommy here yet?” he asked, frosting her hands a bit to ease the pain. She looked around for you and then pointed. “She’s young.” he spoke then walked over. “She fell. I frosted her hand a bit to numb the pain. I’m volunteering to help a teacher for a week.” Shoto said with a smile. “ That's very nice of you, Hero Shoto. I hope she didn’t cause much trouble. Her wings are growing.” you replied. “ I helped her with her wings throughout the day. Right, Miu. Remember to practice.” he said, ruffling her hair. She giggled and nodded. “ Yes sir. Promise!” she replied, forgetting she was wounded.“ Get going, your daddy must be waiting at home to see his  smart and strong little one.” he said, pinching her cheek softly. She frowned, hiding her face into her mama’s neck. She feels sad she doesn’t have a dad and even more recently. Daddy daughter dance is in 3 weeks. You frowned. Shoto then realized. “ Oh um..I apologize.” he said. “ You didn’t know. Miu say bye bye to Hero Shoto.” you said. She waved goodbye. 

Everyday you spoke to Shoto during drop off and pick up, and everyday he brought a small snack for Miu and a coffee for you. “ Good Morning. Ms.L/n. Miu and I invited someone over.” you replied and continued typing and fixing things on the online forms. “ Ooo you have a secret boyfriend.” Jini said teasingly. You shook your head and brushed it off. 

As you picked up Miu, Hawks noticed her red wings and her cute blonde hair in pigtails. He witnessed you carrying her and the little girl calling you mommy.  Keigo walked over. “Y/n hey.” Keigo said. You set Miu down. “Mingle with your friends for a bit sweetie.” you said. Miu took her teacher's hand and walked over to her friends. “How have you been..?” he asked. You pulled him aside. “ Are you kidding me? How have I been?” you said with tears in your eyes. “Is she..mine?” he asked. “ Red wigs with blond hair. What do you think?” you asked, crossing your arms. “ Why didn’t you tell me?” he asked, getting upset. You sighed ready for the pain. “ Ever since we dated…It was obvious you never loved me Keigo. You never made time for us. You’d come home drunk. Your friends had to drop you off. You forgot about me many times when important things came up. You were so fucking obsessed with Macy. When you suddenly change, i knew after a while what you did to make me happy was like a fucking check list.” you replied, tears slipping. “ I’m sorry I made you suffer…If you allow it, I’d like to be back in your life. Be a family with our daughter.” he said, rubbing your arm and taking a hold of your hand. “ Keigo..I was naive and very young ... .I left because things were hell for me. I knew if I stayed then things would only get worse. I won’t and say I was fine without you but I was a mess.” You replied crying silently. He felt awful hearing you say those words. He affected your life immensely. “ I’m here now. You don’t have to worry about anything.” he replied. “ I’m sorry Keigo. You might be a new man now but..Miu is my daughter..I already hurt her enough with her not having a father…I wont hurt her again if you show up and then pay no attention to her.” You replied holding in your sobs. Keigo kept pleading and you were getting overly emotional. “I’m trying to make things right y/n. Meet me tomorrow at my agency, 1pm.If you don’t have anyone to look after her, you can bring her. She can have a tour of the place while we talk.” he said. You nodded and walked over to Miu. The dinner date went as planned. Very nice, calming and fun.

Saturday has come. You walked into the agency holding Miu. She was in awe with the heroes there. Luckily you didn’t have to ask for Hawks. He came up to you as soon as you walked in. As he walked over he looked at his sidekicks signaling them to the kid. “ Let us show this little cutie around!” a girl said, tickling her. With that they were on their way. “ She looks just like you…People are already spreading rumors.” you said following him to his office. “They’re not rumors. She is my daughter.” he replied, opening the door for you. You walked inside and sat down. He locked the door. 

“ Let me tell you everything. The truth.” he said. You braced yourself. “ When we first met I was very interested. You were smart, passionate and kind, still are. Everything about you lured me in. Then as we talked more I had the courage to ask you to be my girlfriend. The first 2 years were amazing. I then stumbled with work. It had me going back and forth. I started treating you badly because of it. Taking it out on you. Eventually things got back to normal. We did our best for each other and I always appreciate what you’ve done for me. I caught up with work and met Macy. I’m not going to lie and say she was always only a friend… She and I clicked. We hit it off. One of the reasons I would show up late home was because I was with her. The nights I wouldn’t show up… we were fucking. I don’t know why I did it. Those nights the guys would drop me off drunk…was me coping and feeling guilt for what I was doing. You gave me everything you had to offer. All your love and support. I had a wonder woman at home. I’d wake up, and you had my breakfast ready, packed lunch with an encouraging note attached to it, and had dinner ready at the time I used to always come home. You washed our clothes, had it neatly folded and hung. You made sure everything was clean. You’d wait for me everyday after my working hours. When it was time for me to come back to you. You even took the time to help me wash my wings. Every Time we’d have sex…the moment aftercare finished and you were fast asleep. I’d drink and hated myself for using you. You stayed even though I made it hell for you. You were wrong when you said I didn’t love you…It was my cruelness that made you believe that. I’ll always love you. Before I left for America I cut it off with Macy. I wanted to show you I can be a better man for you. When I came back the house was untouched. I looked around. Your clothes were gone, you left your phone behind, and there was no letter. These past years were a mess. I did my hero work. Stayed at 2. But I was miserable the entire time. All I could think about was you. Endeavour helped me get back on my feet.

I’ve changed Y/n. I changed to have a healthy life and be a better person. You were always in my mind. My heart has always been and always will be yours. When I saw Miu being carried by and calling you mommy, my heart skipped a beat. She looks exactly like me. I knew in an instant that she’s my daughter. I’m a shit of a father. I was such a crap of a boyfriend to not even notice the signs you had of pregnancy. You were 19 and alone. Having to carry a life on your own. I wasn’t there to help you as much as I could. I wasn’t there to see our daughter be born. I wasn’t there to hear her 1st word nor to see her 1st steps. Never heard her babble. I’ve missed out on so many things. I want to make things right Y/n. Please let me show you I’ve changed. Allow me to be with you and our baby girl. I love you both.” he said trying to hold back his tears the entire time. You cried as well. I swear.” he stood up and held you close, wrapping his wings around you. You relaxed and hugged back. There was a loud knock on the door. He unlocked it, opened it, and Miu was crying with bandages wrapped on her knees. “ M-Mommy. It hurts!” she said. You rushed over to her. “ She tried showing us she can fly and then fell down.” a hero said. “ Sweetie, what did I say about flying?” you said, setting her on the couch. “ O-Only on safe ground.” she replied. Hawks ordered his sidekicks out. Miu stopped crying as you played with her hair. “ I’d like you to meet someone amazingly important. This is Keigo Takami. Hawks.” you said. You never allowed her to see anything about him on the internet but she has at school. You knew this due to her drawings. “ Yeah my dada!” she replied. Eyes lighting up. You sighed. You’re not surprised. Kids are smart. She had red wings with blonde hair. Even her eyebrows are starting to shape a bit like his. It made you upset. You wanted her to look even a tiny bit like you. “That’s me Miu. I’m your dada. I’m sorry for not being around… I was mean to mommy. I apologize,”he replied. He got smacked, Miu always had a nasty hit. “ Meanie.” she said. You smiled. “ From now on I’ll be with you both. We need to start you with flying lessons. It’s important.” he said, playing with her wings. She was so confused on why. “ very strong and perfect size for your age. They’re growing nicely,”he said. “ Dada can I be as fast as you one day?” she asked, raising up her arms at him. He carried her. “ You can be even faster than me, little bird.” he replied. 

As time went on, during interviews hawks kept getting questions on romantic relationships. If he has a type, if he’s interested in dating for marriage, or if he already has a special person by his side. He would laugh and instead of answering he would switch it up and ask the interviewers about their love life. This time he decided to reveal your relationship and your daughter, you talked to him and gave consent.
