"I....I like you! Please date me!"A voice shouted..
(I don't actually know how love confessions go so this is hella cringey-)
Jade stood in front of a student named (Y/n) Howl who had just confessed their feelings to Jade himself.
"Oya? You like me? Sure, I would live to go on a date with you." Jade smiled at the student before him.
Now all (Y/n) had to do was get their sister to accept the fact that (Y/n) has started dating Jade...
"Your... YOUR WHAAAAT!?" Kayla shouted with a shocked expression.
"Ehh?~ I'm surprised that Shrimpy even had the guts to do it!" Floyd giggled, Azul pushed his glasses up.
"This could do well for business." Azul said.
"Nu uh! You ain't using my angel to do your shady schemes!" "Kayla, you help with our schemes.."
"..."
"..."
"This is a warning Jade, fucking break their heart and I'll break you." Kayla smiled threateningly at Jade making him chuckle.
"Jade! Jade! You wanna go o-"
"I'm busy with work at the moment." Jade sighed as he cut
(Y/n) off.
"But... We haven't gone on a date since last week, and i feel like you've been ignoring me.." (Y/n) mumbled.
"I'm sorry, maybe next week." Jade smiled sadly at (Y/n).
Lies...
He had actually gone out with Floyd and Kayla on that very night..
"So, how's my angel?~" Kayla grinned at Jade who tensed up a bit.
"Eh?~ I'm surprised you haven't spied on them!" Floyd stated.
Thankfully Floyd had changed the subject...
"Eh!?~ I'm not that creepy! Right Jade?" Kayla grinned at Jade.
"Sure." Jade snorted, Kayla gasped dramatically as she put her hand over her heart.
"How dare you!" Kayla frowned making Jade and Floyd laugh.
"Why do you keep on lying to me?.." (Y/n) said as they watched Jade, Floyd and Kayla laugh.
"It's so unfair that your so close to my sister.." (Y/n) stares at the way Jade looks at their sister longingly as she stays oblivious to this look.

Green is the colour of envy as some would say...
“Oh! Hey my dearest angel!~” Kayla beamed as she ran towards (Y/n) to hug them.
Unknowingly to Kayla, she had just interrupted Jade’s and (Y/n)’s conversation.
“Hello Kayla, it has been a while.” Jade smiled at Kayla who huffed.
“You saw me this morning you moron.” Kayla shook her head.
Unknowingly to the two (Y/n) glared at Kayla who grinned at Jade.
The object of their envy, was their own sister..
‘Why did you have to be so radiant?..” (Y/n) wondered as she stared at Kayla’s features.
Her blue eyes had always sparkled, even in the night. Even if her brown hair was quite ordinary, it just matched her features so well. And that stupidly bright grin she has.
Truly, this is what (Y/n) thought of their sister. A masterpiece with no flaws whatsoever...
“(Y/n)! We should eat lunch together! I got Jack to join as well!~” Kayla grinned at (Y/n).
“Sure!” (Y/n) smiled at Kayla, she then began to drag the two away. Of course, quickly saying bye to Jade before the two left.
Jade waved at the two with small smile as they left.
“Is it wise to use (Y/n) to get closer to Kayla? You know how Kayla can get.” Azul sighed as he walked towards Jade.
Jade himself frowned when heard those words.
“It probably isn’t wise to use them like that.” Jade sighs then looks at Azul.
“At this rate, your asking for a death wish from someone who you don’t want to anger..”

'This is so unfair....'
(Y/n) glared at Kayla who was talking to Jade while staring at a random student with a grin.
'Why did you have to exist?..' (Y/n) bit their lip as they stared at the way Kayla lightly punched Jade who chuckled at her feeble attempt.
"Ehh?~ Koebi-chan? What are you doing here alone??" Floyd asked as looked down at (Y/n) from behind them.
"Where did you come from!?" (Y/n) shrieked as they quickly turned around to look up at Floyd.
"Hey~ answer my question." Floyd shook his head, Floyd doesn't hug (Y/n) to make sure his brother doesn't get mad at him.
".."
"..."
"I'm spying on my sister.."
"Eh? Why though?"
(Y/n) then looked at the two to see them laughing.
"They both have been a bit too close lately.." (Y/n) pointed out.
"Oh! So... You already know?" Floyd asked with a quirked brow.
(Y/n) bit their lip again as they slowly nod making Floyd hum.
"I suggest you break up with him."
(Y/n)'s eyes widened at Floyd's words, they then turned around to face him again.
"B-But I still lo-" "Koebi-Chan, your a lost cause. Just do it, yell at him, tell your sister, do anything that will help you in this situation. Saying nothing and watching won't help."
(Y/n) stared at Floyd with a agape mouth and wide eyes.
"I'll see you later Koebi-Chan! Bye bye now!~" Floyd sung then ran off before (Y/n) could say anything.
‘Now that’s certainly a way....’ (Y/n) grinned at their mischievous plans.
(Y/n) bursted into Kayla’s dorm room, bloody and bruised as their eyes were filled to the brim with tears.
“My Angel!? Are you okay!? What happened!?” Kayla rushed over to (Y/n) and looked at her injuries.
“I-it was Jade!..” (Y/n) cried as they hugged their sister.
Ah, so cruel isn’t it? (Y/n) is turning Kayla against Jade.
What a smart person they are...
“That fucking shit! I’ll kill him!” Kayla growled, she was just about to run out of the room to chase after Jade but was stopped by (Y/n).
“No... I-It’s alright...” (Y/n) said as they hugged Kayla tighter.
“My poor Angel... let’s get you fixed up Kay?..” Kayla cooed as she led (Y/n) to her bathroom to get them fixed up..
“Oh?~ Eheheh!~ They actually did it!” Floyd laughed as he saw the unusually panicking Jade.
“What am I gonna do!? That witch fooled Kayla into thinking that I abused them!” Jade said as he paced back and forth, he then stopped and slowly looked at Floyd who smiled back.
“Yo.... You did this didn’t you!?” Jade glared at Floyd who smiled smugly back, he then started walking towards his brother before...
“JADE LEECH!...” a unusually dark and cold voice yelled out that sent shivers down Jade’s spine, he quickly looked over to see Kayla standing in front of (Y/n) with her arms folded.
Her eyes held a unusual fire of hate and malicious intent. (Y/n) stood behind Kayla with a small smile as they stared at Jade, knowing full well what they caused.
“I didn’t do it! I swear! You have to believe me!” Jade panicked, Kayla then slowly walked towards Jade.
“Their lying to you! You can’t actually believe that I would do that r-“ Jade was cut off by Kayla punching him in the gut making him bend down and hold his stomach.
Kayla roughly grabbed his chin and made him look up at her.
“I fucking warned you... And this is the price your gonna pay..” Kayla grinned at Jade.
She then punched him..
That was the last thing Jade had remembered before he saw the infirmary room..
“Your lucky I stopped her before she actually killed you...” Azul shook his head as he look at Jade who lied on a hospital bed.
“And why did you not help him?” Azul looked at Floyd who shrugged.
“He deserved it for hurting
Koebi-Chan!” Floyd sung happily as Jade glared at him.
“Oh my dear Angel... I’m so sorry for actually trusting him..” Kayla said, her face seemed untouched but her hair and clothes looked quite disheveled.
Ah. Even though (Y/n) didn’t get rid of the object of their jealousy, they were quite happy with how things turned out.
“It’s fine Kayla!..” (Y/n) said, they hugged Jack who looked quite angry.
“At least you got a few punches in for the both of us..” Jack said.
“Yep!” Kayla grinned, she then joined the hug as she snuggled into Jack and (Y/n).
Maybe this is the way things are supposed to be...

As he laid underneath you, he was stiff and clearly uncomfortable. His shirt and pants had been shed already, allowing you a clear view to the bumps across his pale skin. His breath was caught in his throat, feeling less like a partner and more like prey. \
Was this how others felt towards him and Floyd? Of course. He knew that because of his cause for his demeanor.
While Floyd was rambunctious and chaotic, reveling in the anxiety of his fellow classmates, Jade did not originally act this way out of fascination for fear. "Jade, you still have a sense of power in this. Say the word, and I'll stop immediately." He snapped out of his thoughts, almost choking from the dryness of his throat.
You still had your clothes on. You were invulnerable in this situation as he was quite literally laying on his back for you. How could you handle this state?
He felt the rush of adrenaline as you leaned a bit closer. You were asking for permission, and he couldn't react. His body felt rigid, and probably was. His heartbeat was in his ears, reminding him of that awful day.
His face was pale as your gaze was soft and direct. Why? Why couldn't he do anything? Why was he so weak underneath you, despite you being so normal about it when the roles were reversed? Sevens, how could he be so scared of a human?
He hadn't noticed you pulled away until a blanket covered him. The plush made contact with his skin and caused him to jump. You took note of it and turned to head to his bathroom. But he was quick to grab your wrist. He was trembling.
"I'd like to apologize. I did not expect a concept involving vulnerability to make me shake like prey. Perhaps we could try again sometime at a later-," you pulled away.
Your expression looked so scary, sending a shiver down his spine. He wasn't used to this feeling of cowardice. "I'm not ever planning to push you into a state of paralysis from fear, Jade. Never again."
He couldn't grab you again as you resumed your way to the door. You shut the door behind you, maybe to give him time to himself.
He felt as if he was on auto-pilot as he doubled over. A sob forced its way out of his mouth, causing him to cover his face. What the hell was going on with him now? Your kindness, and his cowardice. they were so irritating to deal with like this. All your composure in the moment of his crisis caused his cries to increase in volume.
Behind the bathroom door, you sat. Listening to the ever stoic Jade Leech hyperventilate and spiral in his thoughts. He had suggested the possibility of having intimacy where you took charge, claiming it would be interesting.
You should have known it could have resulted in this, but then again. No one could have predicted your boyfriend would experience such a severe reaction.
Maybe you should have stuck in the room to give him a shoulder to cry on, but with all that's happened? Jade may break further if you were to bare genuine witness to his wrecked state.
He wanted to be more than just a predator, to understand your side to the relationship. But he failed, so horrendously. How pathetic. All due to his past of being prey as a child. The memories that would cause him to wake up in a cold sweat, have been the cause of the rift in your bond. At least, that's how he felt.

"You looked lonely, so I figured you needed a friend," was your response when he asked why you insisted on staying in the lounge after hours.
There was no malice in his voice, just drowsiness. His shoulders were more slumped than usual. You wanted nothing more than to offer assistance with cleaning up, but you knew it wouldn't do. The ever independent Jade Leech despised relying on others, much less the idea of owing them.
It was a tiring evening, you'd gathered. All the other students were permitted the chance to return to their rooms. All but the twins, and Floyd had already slithered off to go lay down. Jade never stopped anyone from leaving him to deal with these messes.
Scanning the lounge, it all looked fine. As expected from the moray, not a speck of filth remained. So why did he stay? He knew you were fully capable of walking yourself back to your dorm.
He looked exhausted while attempting to hold his smile. "I certainly hope that isn't pity I detect in your tone. I could find out quite-," but you did the unthinkable.
"I'd like to hug you, Jade. Is that okay?"
You caught him off guard.
"Ah- pardon?" His eyes no longer held their dreary appearance. They were blown wide.
But you kept going, with your uncomforting honestly. Like a barrage of attacks. "It's okay if not. But you appear exhausted, and I'd like to be here for you." His heart was racing at an abnormal rate. "I'm sure my feelings for you are obvious, so I'm not concerned with that. I just can't have you dying on me before I know how you feel."
Oh dear. Were human's faces meant to get this warm?
"My, you could stop anyone's heart with such carelessness. Or have your own trampled. Do you have such little regard for rejection?" He was hoping to turn the situation around on you. Like a last ditch effort. But it failed.
"Is that a no?"
"I...don't recall saying that."

Don't worry, though
Everyone else is drawing the tweels to look super pretty due to their new cards, and here I am drawing the based on actual eels. Also, I just noticed that twst gives them shark teeth instead of eel teeth, and I am so annoyed by it.
HEADCANON!!
I think that both Floyd and Azul are very touchy. For example, if you sleep next to either of them, you will be pulled into a hug. Azul, of course, would deny this.
MORE OCTAVINELLE HEADCANONS:
All of the octotrio can not type to save their lives. It wasn't a skill any of them needed. Ink and paper don't do well underwater, and a computer would fair even worse. So, anytime the three have to type, it takes forever! Their slouched over, looking between the keyboard and the screen, only using two fingers.
