Today is the second day of the lunar new year. As I am far from my family these years, I made another one paper-cutting with all my best wishes for them, and for you all.
Hakka : Kùi-mau chhun shúi-muk, ngiûn-thù hí sùng fuk. Taigi: Kuí-báu tshun tsuí-bók, gûn-thòo hí sàng hok. 癸卯春水木，銀兔喜送福。

I've seen these on sale in shops as a 3 pack for £18.99. People don't be lazy, there are tutorials on you tube. All you need is 4 - 8 sheets of tissue paper, craft wire and some nylon string. It'll cost you £3 tops. We made 40 odd for my friends wedding marquee.
My ultimate Victoria sponge. It's soo big the cake cloche won't fit over the top.
Craft day virgin 'summer garden' cocktail.
Muddle 1 inch block of cucumber at the bottom of a cocktail shaker
add 2 shots apple juice
add 2 shots chilled mineral water
add 1 shot of elderflower cordial
shake well with ice and strain into a martini glass
serve with a slice of cucumber
