Little convo i had with my dad today.
"Me: I'm so happy bc people online are giving me really positive feed back about these characters i'm drawing!
Dad: Oh, that's nice! Who are the characters you're drawing?
Me: So, this one is called Michael! He was an assistant to this archivist old lady, but she kinda f him over and now he's a Distortion abomnation!
Dad: Oh. Okay. And the other one?
Me: Oh, he's name is Gerry and—
Dad: Where's Tom?
Me:... what?
Dad: *grinning* if he's Jerry, where's Tom?"

Could you do some gerrymichael angst maybe??? It hurts Very Badly but I’m still addicted lol
I always liked the idea of Gerry somehow knowing Gertrude's plan but not being able to tell Michael for whatever reason. Perhaps the eye in a sick joke granting him a vision of exactly what would happen when Michael and Gertrude arrived in Russia, but simply making it impossible for him to say it.
I imagine Gerry downright desperate, begging Michael not to follow Gertrude into this, but as we all know it...He trusted her.
And just one time. Just this once... Gerry wished he'd trusted him instead.
How unfortunate.

OK, OK, LISTEN! Gerry originally he bought this as a joke, just to kinda "look this u haha". But what he DIDN'T expect was that Michael would GENUINELY like it and start USING IT FOR EVERYTHING??? The institution gave up on trying to dress code them at this point.
No regrets tho, they look great.
