I think The Entities are one of the funniest concepts as things that a fandom classify themselves as. Because instead of going "Here's my personality!" Or "Here's what I'd be like on a group project!" It's instead "Here's all of my deepest fears and insecurities :D"
And instead of just being part of a certain faction or school, your basically part of a cult that worships a particular aspect of the personification of human fear.

Something really interesting that I’ve noticed about the Fears is that a lot of them have statements that are one-offs. They tell a spooky story, and that’s it. You never hear of it again. Except for the Stranger. I took a look at the wiki’s list of instances where the Stranger is directly involved in a statement, and nearly every single one ends up either being caused by the Circus, Nikola, the Anglerfish, Breekon & Hope, or the NotThem. Save for the students from MAG 32 and the zombies from MAG 122, every single instance of the Stranger ends up being called back to in a significant way.

After being in a very cishet fandom, it’s very nice to be in an almost entirely queer one again
I think it’s so cool that the tma fandom is so cool with John’s asexuality, and often makes that as central to his character as being mlm. It’s the first fandom I’ve seen really celebrate having an ace MC and it’s incredibly refreshing to see as an ace person myself
(I also have no idea if it’s spelled “Jon” or “John” so at the moment I’m just guessing based on what I’ve seen most)
