In season 1 Nancy chose a boy over her best friend. And because the next season will be the last one and at least some things will close up, yk, so I think Nancy needs to forget the boys and choose her best friend (girlfriend) aka Robin. Like think about how powerful a scene would be where Nancy tells both Jonathan and Steve that she isn't going to pick neither of them, but chooses her chaotic goofy little weirdo bestie (girlfriend) instead. Can we just take a moment to focus on the amazing dynamic between Robin and Nancy?
Two incredibly smart girls, who don’t really know each other, and yet share the same friend group, realize that despite their differences they work so well with each other. To the point that even though Nancy seemed annoyed at first, she quickly started to pick robin for everything, victor visit, Creel house visit, car rides, etc. Nancy is clean, precise, organized while Robin is messy, chaotic, spontaneous and these differences originally drew them apart but now are what pull them so close together. Their love for everything different about each other and everything they share is truly incredible.
