Peter: hi harry! I'm peter parker!!

Betty: just that? how cute!
Peter: He wanted to know who killed his father *sadistic look* now you know!
Norman: Sometimes I wonder what's wrong with you
Harry: and?
Norman: and then I remember what's wrong with you!
Harry, squinting: you're what's wrong with me
Peter: did you just... flirt with me?
Harry: i have been for the past year
Harry: but thanks for noticing
Okay so I have four theories for who bought the Stark Tower (and I’m calling the Stark Tower because it was own by Tony and clearly the Avengers where living there for free)
It could the Fantastic Four, which would make sense as to why they haven’t revealed who bought it yet. Although I don’t know why they all the way back in him coming. I don’t know much about them but it would make sense since they’re coming in the mcu and one of them is rich enough to buy it (Reed Richards I think?)
Kingpin, this is the perfect opportunity for him to take that spot of a “next philanthropist” now that Tony is gone and the next Tony Stark in a away with all the “good” he does just like Tony did with the foundations and donations and stuff. Not to mention Kingpin is a Spider-Man villain and moving forward the tower could be a way to connect Peter to Tony. Just like the arc reactor was in NWH (that thing better be safe I’m telling you)
Alchemax. And this is purely based on the fact that it was said in ATSV that every universe apparently had one. And this one could be own my Kingpin like who the one is Mike’s universe was
Oscorp. We need place from where the new Spider-Man villains come from and Oscorp buying the tower would be a perfect introduction to the MCU. And also because we’re done fighting the “Ironman villain” now so we need a new company to form villains and Oscorp is obviously perfect, especially since Stark Industries has stopped making weapons and are into clean stuff now. It would also be a great way to introduce Harry.
Either way I think who owns the Tower now will probably revealed in the next Spider-Man movies since Tom knows who bought it, unless it’s the Fantastic Four.
Hanging on to the web,as panicked as she was, for a moment she closed her eyes and as if talking to God, she didn't ask God to save her or let her make it out of this alive, she asked him to forgive her if in her last moments, she thought about the man fighting above her instead of him, and to look after the man after she was gone. She hoped he'd be able to live his life. She knew this was part of being love with a superhero, you become his ultimate weakness.Getting caught in the crossfire with Spider-Man's enemies was not unusual for her. But now she was too caught. Somehow even though she was carefully webbed by Peter, something in her told her that she was too caught in the crossfire, she wouldn't make it out this time.
Just this morning, she was getting ready to start a new chapter in her life, to completely have the world around her change.And now here she was, hanging onto a web for dear life and preparing for the end of her own story. She had so many dreams and hopes, so many things she had wanted to do, so many things on her bucket list she was yet to complete, so many places she had wanted to travel, she wanted to become a scientist. It had been her one and only goal since 5th grade. She even got accepted into her favorite college. She wanted to live longer. She wanted to become scientist, she wanted to get married and maybe even have children. She hadn't ever thought about it but the thought didn't seem too bad.
Then she thought about her mother, she would be so devastated.How would she cope with the loss of her only daughter and only child only a few years after losing her husband?
Gwen would be shattered when she found out that not only was her best friend not coming to Oxford with her, but she would never be able to see her again.She hoped Gwen would fulfill her dream and become the scientist both of them aimed to be. And Peter-
she just hoped he'd be able to find someone to love again. She hoped he would not stay alone for the rest of his life for a girl that died at 17.She hoped he wouldn't drown himself in sorrow and guilt.She hoped he wouldn't blame himself. And she hoped that he'd move on and continue doing what he does, continue saving lives because she knew he loved doing what he did, serving the people of New York City, the city she had been oh so afraid to move to almost 2 and a half years ago.The city she had grown to love.The city she started calling home.It was really a unbelievably beautiful city especially the sunset that she had seen a few hours ago. It was most breath taking sunset she had ever seen with the words " I love you" webbed on a bridge by her boyfriend. Unbeknownst to her, it was probably the last she'd ever see.
All of these thoughts within the span of a minute made her head ache with pain.She suddenly felt herself being lowered.
With the little courage she had in her, she opened her eyes only to see that the web that she was hanging onto was being pulled back up by Peter.
She felt guilty when she realized how much of a shortcoming she had put Peter at. One of his arms was holding her web.
She sees him try to fight Harry like that.
She sees Peter move himself in a some-what better position and he attaches the web to one of the gears to fight back but his leg is wedged between the gears to prevent them from turning because if the gears do turn,
It would cut the web she was holding onto.
She knows Peter won't be able to hold on for too long.
One of the gears breaks and the gears move to advance the clock to hit it's next mark.
She sees it happen right before her eyes and-
𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘣 𝘴𝘯𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥.
But Peter doesn't realize this thanks to the Green Goblin.
The clock starts rapidly turning due to all Peter and Harry messing with the gears and as a result of the clock spinning rapidly, all the gears fall out of their original positions.The Green Goblin falls nearby because the web around his neck was webbed to a gear that broke.
Peter's head turns towards her and he realizes that she's falling.
𝘚𝘩𝘦'𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨.
𝙈𝙅 𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜.
𝘚𝘩𝘦'𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨.𝙎𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣't.
Peter descends beneath in an attempt to catch her, an attempt she knew wouldn't be successful.
The clock there to haunt him, show him how his future was ticking away, falling away.It was as if the universe was laughing at him. But will he be able to save his own world?
Peter shoots a web, it takes the shape of a hand, desperately trying to reach out, trying to catch her.
MJ just wished he didn't have the mask on so she could have seen Peter's big brown doe eyes one last time.
So she readies herself for the impact, closes her eyes and takes one last deep breath and thinks about Peter's eyes.
She feels the web catch her stomach and a little hope ignites inside her for a fraction of a second before-
𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘦-𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘴𝘯𝘢𝘱 𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳.
A snap that would echo in Peter Parker's mind for the rest of his life.
[BTW I chose Sophie skelton as MJ Watson for this fanfic but you can obviously imagine whoever you'd like.]
(I know some of you might find it weird since they are usually fancasted for Remus and Lily but as I said imagine whoever you like)
Not what I usually post but Peter and Gwen!!!
Watching TASM 1 again last night reminded how horrible of a company Oscorp is in this universe. (We see more of it in TASM 2.) They don’t tend to treat their employees well, and they literally have like the worst security in the world. Peter was able to take someone’s identity and get into the building with no consequences or questions from the people working at Oscorp. Also, what the heck is their security system? Literally having a touch screen slide password like phones have. It seems like Oscorp rather spend money on their GIANT ILLUMINATED LOGO FLOATING IN THE SKY rather than their own security system. (Also they tend to treat their employees like crap. Connors and Max are a huge example of this. Connors is basically peer pressured into using the lizard serum when it was not ready, and Max was literally bullied.)
