Summary: After “No Way Home” and everyone having forgotten him, Peter had never felt more alone. Even if he knew it was the right choice. But maybe he doesn’t have to be all alone?

Peter had just gotten back from his job but it didn’t matter how often he was around people he still felt lonely. He had no one to share things with or reminisce with. No one who had any memory of him. It made it hard to do pretty much anything. As much as Peter knew it was the right choice having everyone forget him, for the greater good. It didn’t make it any easier.

Peter had dropped his backpack on the floor and flopped down on top of his bed. But it wasn’t more than a few minutes before there was a knocking on his door. Getting up to answer it opening the door Peter couldn’t help the shock that took over his face. “Y/n- I uhh mean. Can I help you miss?”

Y/n looked at him for a minute studying him before rolling her eyes at how he was pretending not to know her. Y/n pushed past him and entered his small studio apartment. “You are the hardest person to find.”

Peter shut and locked the door turning to face her. Peter stuttered out. “I-I don’t know-”

“Cut the crap, Peter Parker!” Y/n yelled out spinning around to face the brunette boy. She hadn’t seen him since before she left to help her dad and Sam fight the Flag Smashers. Then all of a sudden it was like he didn’t exist. “I wanna know why no one seems to know anything about you? It’s like you don’t and never have existed.”

Peter rushed over to her with a look of desperation and obviously trying not to get his hopes up. “Wait. You remember me?”

“Of course I do.” Y/n answered him with full on confusion. “Why does it seem like I’m the only one that does?”

So with that Peter went on to tell her everything exactly to a T what had happened. From being outed, colleges, to the other villains, trying to help them, the multiverse, the other Spiderman Peter Parkers, all the way to what he had to do to fix it all. Told her about saying goodbye, everything. “So, yeah.”

“Oh, Peter.” Y/n couldn’t help but look at him with sympathy.

“It was the only option.” Peter stated shrugging his shoulders but Y/n caught him wiping his eyes on his shoulder the best he could.

“No, no I get it I do. But Peter, now you what? Have no one?” Y/n’s question was rhetorical and Peter knew that but nodded anyway. Y/n understood being alone but even through everything that happened to her over the decades she still had some form of her dad with her. Even if he didn’t remember who she was they still had a connection HYDRA couldn’t break. Even without his memories they or hers they could both still sense a bond between them. Even if they themselves didn’t know what that bond was. She may have been alone but not completely. So she felt for the young man. He lost everything. “Even in HYDRA I still at least had my dad. One way or another.”

Y/n got up to move closer to Peter, sitting on his bed next to him. Y/n reached out and grabbed Peter's arm closest to her and put it in her lap. Hugging him close. “I heard about May. Peter, I’m sorry”

Peter squeezed her hand appreciating her gestures and comfort. “It's been hard. An I have no one to lean on or talk to. There’s literally no one who knows me anymore. I’m alone, completely alone.”

“Hey.” Y/n gently nudged her shoulder to his, giving him a soft smile. “You have me. I’m not going anywhere.”

Neither of them knew how Y/n remembered him but Y/n knew that she wasn’t going to leave him alone. Not for a long time. He needed someone and she understood that. “I promise.”

Peter smiled at Y/n gratefully. He couldn’t even express how much this meant to him. “Thanks, Y/n.”

Now I’m happy

Peter finds himself thinking about Y/n more than he should.

He has his innocent thoughts. One’s where he dreams of picnics with her in central park. Walking down the pier hand in hand watching the sunset. Holding her in his arms in his twin-sized bed. Those thoughts he can live with.

The ones where he imagines her lips parting, hands gripping, breath shallow, are where he feels bad.

Y/n was his friend and he would never actually say it because Ned would get mad but she was his best friend.

He was the one she confided in when she had problems. Told him her darkest secrets which he swore to take to the grave. Comforted her when she felt blue. Peter felt bad having any romantic thoughts towards her. 

He thinks back to one of his first serious conversations with the beautiful girl. The two had finished their evening classes and decided to spend the rest of their evening on the campus lawn. Sprawled out on the grass looking up at the darkening sky, seeing few stars due to the brightness of the city. She had confessed to him how appreciative she was of their friendship, how so many boys would only befriend her to get into her pants, how she trusted him. At that moment Peter felt honored, stretching over to hug her.

When Peter looks back at the moment he thinks of two things. One how gorgeous she looked under the moonlight with a slight twinkle in her eye and two was he any better than the guys she spoke so poorly about?

Now Peter didn’t just want to hook up with Y/n. Sure it would be nice but, he craved more from her than just sex. He craved warm mornings, slow dancing to no music, study dates, and bubble baths with her. He wanted her pupils to dilate when she saw him, her heart rate to pick up, smile so hard her cheeks hurt. He wanted her. All of her and all the love she had to give.

Peter finds himself smiling down at his phone tripping over his feet as he jogs to her classroom.

it’s kinda interesting… in the very first spider-man movie (sam raimi), norman osborn saw peter as his own son. you know, norman osborn, ceo of oscorp, perhaps one of the wealthiest characters to exist in the marvel universe.

then you’ll see people shitting on mcu peter for having a close, parental relationship with tony because he’s a billionaire… i mean, i know norman is a villain, but even still, i have NEVER seen a single person shit on the sam raimi films because peter is close to the osborns. i have not ever seen people calling tobey’s peter a “bootlicker” for hanging out with them. heck, i even see people shipping peter with harry.

i genuinely don’t get this fandom.

Okay so I have four theories for who bought the Stark Tower (and I’m calling the Stark Tower because it was own by Tony and clearly the Avengers where living there for free)

It could the Fantastic Four, which would make sense as to why they haven’t revealed who bought it yet. Although I don’t know why they all the way back in him coming. I don’t know much about them but it would make sense since they’re coming in the mcu and one of them is rich enough to buy it (Reed Richards I think?)

Kingpin, this is the perfect opportunity for him to take that spot of a “next philanthropist” now that Tony is gone and the next Tony Stark in a away with all the “good” he does just like Tony did with the foundations and donations and stuff. Not to mention Kingpin is a Spider-Man villain and moving forward the tower could be a way to connect Peter to Tony. Just like the arc reactor was in NWH (that thing better be safe I’m telling you)

Alchemax. And this is purely based on the fact that it was said in ATSV that every universe apparently had one. And this one could be own my Kingpin like who the one is Mike’s universe was

Oscorp. We need place from where the new Spider-Man villains come from and Oscorp buying the tower would be a perfect introduction to the MCU. And also because we’re done fighting the “Ironman villain” now so we need a new company to form villains and Oscorp is obviously perfect, especially since Stark Industries has stopped making weapons and are into clean stuff now. It would also be a great way to introduce Harry.

Either way I think who owns the Tower now will probably revealed in the next Spider-Man movies since Tom knows who bought it, unless it’s the Fantastic Four.

Has anyone made a god au for the mcu?

Like, the gods are amongst us mortals, and they’ve got like followers/worshipers and stuff, and they can like access the information of their followers because they’re gods duh

I should probably specify that I’m talking about an irondad fic. I want this as an irondad fic

The great Tony Stark, god of technology, inventor and innovator, creator of things to further humanity along, with as many followers as people have phones, tvs, radios, and cars. His followers buy exclusively his tech, and the richer ones donate money to speed up his research

Hawkeye, god of archery, whose majority of followers come and go with time, but a select few stick around, devoting their life to the art of the bow & arrow

Vision, god of the internet (whose father is the god of technology, obviously), who gains power every moment someone uses the internet, and IS the robot tracking your info to give you some Useful ads, whose followers meme in his name

Bruce Banner, the god of sciences (he has SEVEN PHDS MAN), who learns all he can and shares it all with the scientific community, whose other form, Hulk, may or may not be a god in and of himself, whose followers all devote their lives to research, some on his second form specifically

Of course there’s Thor, god of thunder, and Loki, god of mischief…

But then there’s just. Peter Parker, god of spiders.

Of course, not very many people like spiders, and those who do probably don’t like them enough to devote any time to the god of them… unless they’re trying to form some weird cult or something. And there’s probably a major population of people that aren’t even aware that ‘god of spiders’ is even a thing? Like there’s probably a Wikipedia page or something that lists every god, but I doubt anyone would pay too much attention to a god of spiders.

Like maybe some people do worship him but it’s probably really weird and he’d be like ‘umm I appreciate that you’re following me, but I would prefer that you don’t sacrifice anyone to me?? Because one that’s illegal and I enjoy following laws and two,,, it kinda makes me uncomfortable so please stop’

So just imagine like. Pete having a rough day getting bullied by Flash about being the god of such a ‘creepy’ thing, when suddenly, a shout from an alleyway! He hurries to investigate and someone’s getting mugged! He webs up the threat and the person he saved is just like ‘thank you!! Who are you?’ and he just panics and says ‘uhhhh I’m spider-man’ and the rest is history :)

But then people start getting interested in Spider-Man so they google ‘is there a spider god’ and then they go harass Peter like ‘hey you’re the god of spiders, so who’s spider-man? You had to have blessed him right’ and like what does he say to that???

And imagine Tony seeing this and being like ‘hey I actually wanted to know who spider-man was too but maybe don’t harass a minor?? Like yeah he’s a god but he’s also a child’ and. Omg I need to ✨stop✨ before I ✨break✨
