I have been rebuilding rebuilt my Oasis Springs from the ground up. The goal was to have it look like the bright and colorful side of Palm Springs, California. Here are the commercial lots:

I have been working on these lots since June 2023 and started sharing officially with the sims 4 community July 2023. I present to you a 21 lot world makeover completely done by meeeeee (haha)
Thanks so much for all of the love shown with my builds. I, quite literally, did not expect it to take off like THIS. It started with an idea and wanting to see what the online Sims community was about.

Kevin stepped off the bus in Palm Springs, California, for the first time, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. As he walked through the bustling streets, he took in the lively atmosphere, unsure of what he was looking for. He found himself in front of a store with a bold sign: "Bear Leather Store." Reluctant but curious, he decided to step inside.
The scent of leather and a faint hint of cigar smoke greeted him. Behind the counter stood a man in a leather harness and jockstrap, his presence both intimidating and intriguing.
"Welcome," the man said, his voice warm and inviting. "I'm Jesse. First time here?"
Kevin nodded, feeling out of place. "Yeah, I've never been in a store like this before."
Jesse smiled. "No worries. We all start somewhere. Let me show you around."
Kevin followed Jesse through the store, still unsure but willing to explore. Jesse explained the different types of gear, making it sound exciting and approachable. Kevin's reluctance slowly began to fade as Jesse's enthusiasm became infectious.
"Why don't you start with something simple?" Jesse suggested, holding up a leather jockstrap.
Kevin hesitated but eventually nodded. "Okay, I'll give it a try."
He stepped into a fitting room, feeling a mix of apprehension and excitement. Putting on the jockstrap, he was surprised by how it made him feel: exposed yet strangely empowered. He stepped out, and Jesse's approving nod gave him a boost of confidence.
"How does it feel?" Jesse asked.
"Different," Kevin admitted. "But... good."
"Great! Let's try a few more pieces," Jesse encouraged.
Kevin began with the leather pants, feeling the smooth material slide up his legs. Next came the leather shirt, its tight fit accentuating his frame. He buttoned up the leather vest and slipped into the matching leather jacket, feeling an unexpected thrill with each new layer. He added a leather tie, completing the ensemble with a touch of class.
Slipping on the leather boots, Kevin felt a newfound confidence with every step. He pulled on a pair of gloves, the final piece of the outfit before placing the leather cap on his head. He glanced at his reflection, hardly recognizing the confident man staring back. The transformation was undeniable. He felt strong, confident, and proud.
"You look fantastic," Jesse said, nodding approvingly. "How do you feel?"
"Amazing," Kevin said, a smile spreading across his face. For the first time, he felt completely at ease in his own skin.
"Now, every good BLUF man needs a cigar," Jesse said with a wink.
Kevin hesitated again but found himself craving the idea. "I've never smoked a cigar before," he confessed.
"There's a first time for everything," Jesse said, handing him a cigar and showing him how to cut and light it.
As Kevin took his first puff, the rich, smoky flavor filled his mouth, and a sense of satisfaction washed over him. He felt like he had been smoking cigars for years. He left his original clothes on the counter, knowing he wouldn't need them anymore.
Jesse handed him a business card. "You should check out this bar. It's a great place to meet like-minded people."
Kevin thanked him, purchased the uniform, and left the store feeling transformed. He made his way to the bar Jesse had recommended, his confidence growing with each step. The evening air was cool against the leather, and he relished the feeling.
At the bar, he drew curious and appreciative glances. He ordered a drink and settled into a comfortable chair, savoring the taste of his cigar. Despite being a novice, he felt as though he'd been smoking for years.
Kevin realized he had discovered a new, exciting part of himself. As he sat there, surrounded by the camaraderie of others, he knew this was just the beginning of his journey.
Kevin stepped into The Eagle, the leather bar Jesse had recommended, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. The bar was dimly lit, with leather-themed decor adorning the walls and patrons dressed in a variety of leather outfits, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and confidence. He had never imagined himself in such a place, but now, dressed in his full BLUF uniform, he felt a sense of belonging he had never experienced before.
As he walked in, the rich scent of leather mixed with the smoky aroma of cigars, filling the air. Kevin drew curious and appreciative glances from the other patrons, their nods and smiles boosting his confidence. He made his way to the bar, each step in his leather boots echoing in his ears, a reminder of his transformation.
He ordered a drink and settled into a comfortable chair, taking a deep puff of his cigar. The taste was rich and satisfying, and despite it being his first cigar, he felt as though he had been smoking for years. He scanned the room, observing the easy camaraderie among the men. Conversations flowed effortlessly, and laughter punctuated the air.
A man in a leather harness approached Kevin, extending a hand. "Hey there, first time here?"
Kevin nodded, shaking the man's hand. "Yeah, I'm Kevin."
"Nice to meet you, Kevin. I'm Mark. You look great in that uniform," Mark said, a friendly smile on his face.
"Thanks," Kevin replied, feeling a warm flush of pride. "It's my first time wearing something like this."
"Well, you're rocking it," Mark said, sitting down next to him. "How are you finding the bar?"
"It's... amazing," Kevin admitted. "I never thought I'd feel so comfortable in a place like this."
Mark chuckled. "The Eagle has that effect. It's a place where you can be yourself, no judgment. Just a bunch of guys enjoying each other's company."
Kevin took another puff of his cigar, savoring the flavor. "I think I'm starting to understand that."
They chatted for a while, Mark introducing Kevin to other patrons and sharing stories about the leather community. Kevin found himself relaxing more and more, the initial nervousness giving way to a deep sense of belonging. He listened to stories of pride, acceptance, and the bonds formed within the community, feeling a connection he had never felt before.
As the night wore on, Kevin found himself laughing and talking with ease, enjoying the newfound sense of camaraderie. He felt proud of his transformation and the confidence it brought him. The leather uniform, which had initially felt foreign, now felt like a second skin, a true expression of his newfound identity.
By the time he left The Eagle, the night air cool against his leather-clad body, Kevin knew he had taken the first step on an exciting new journey. He had discovered a part of himself he never knew existed, and he couldn't wait to see where it would take him next.
