Since I’m being BULLIED by my mutuals, I’ve come with an oc/art post 😔 This is a joke ily moots

Meet the state sanctioned Psyker, Octus Pyre, more commonly referred to as ‘Ock’

Ock is a telepath psyker in particular who’s- really kind of bad at his job. He’s really easy stressed and anxiety personified so when he can he will choose to merely converse telepathically as otherwise he’d rather explode into a million pieces. He prefers much more the company of animals rather than humans and some of the more violent abilities he really isn’t as strong in. All and all ock is a timid little Psyker shaking like a leaf in his day to day trying to fulfill his duties under the constant watch of the critical imperium.

Who are his best friends? His rats :), sweetie and Mr. Jingles (picked above and in more detail below) are his two best friends in this grim (dark- ayooo-) reality he finds himself in <3

The third little guy depicted here is sugar! His little mouse he kept for some time, and loved dearly! In fact the second creature he took in when being taken into the imperium (in order it’s sweetie, sugar and then jingles).

Sadly however the little friend is no longer with us-

Finally a titular character for Ock’s story, Inquisitor Albert Huntesmann of the Ordo hereticus. An avid witch hunter with a self proclaimed (and self proven) sixth sense to well sense psykers. He’s pretty prominent in bringing them in, both rouge and not, and is one fellow who brought in a (very) young ock! Naturally one isn’t exactly in it for the good of their heart, the inquisitor already has used other psykers he’s found to his advantage many times, and ock is no exception.

Sensing the strength the young Psyker possessed Albert decided it would be good to build a relationship with the young Psyker to call upon (and manipulate) later. After all, one cannot have too many self serving pet projects, eh?

All and all, I’ll have more eventually (my moots will continue to bully me if not—) and there are at least 2 other characters in ock’s story so I hope you all enjoy my little guy 😈

Also a little ock fun fact is Octus isn’t his actual name, it’s what he was given when picked up by the inquisition due to a little thing about his life, and that’s the fact 8 is kind of his “lucky number” born on the eight day of the eighth month, picked up when he was eight years old ect. Ect. :)

And yes the inquisition (predictably) picks up this little eight year old and just went “ew it has powers, but it in with the others-“ (if it weren’t for inquisitor Huntesmann, but shhhh more lore for later 😈😈😈😈)

Brain itches so a bit more ock stuff :3

I had to make ock a ref sheet for art fight so here’s him with his frens!!!

Plus a kinda morbid meme— (for those who may not know cream uh— cream isn’t around anymore-)

A bit of baby ock and huntsmann :3 and a little height chart for ock, will (more info below) and huntsmann

This fella here is another one of huntsmann’s “projects” William Fillsworth (affectionately nicknamed WiFi by my moots), basically when finding a Psyker huntsmann finds ‘promising’ he forgoes protocol and takes the Psyker up himself (tends to work out as he has a ‘sixth sense’ for psykers after all and rarely travels [willingly] with another inquisitor who could ‘overrule’ him or keep him from doing so) and trains them/teaches them in the way he sees fit

At the point he gained William to his ranks is very early on in him beginning to do this so not a lot of his psykers have made it this far (getting out of hand, found out, ect.) and before ock will is probably his longest lasting psyker up to this point, and helpful because ock has grown very attached to Will and formed a father/son sort of relationship with the father older psyker. so when Will begins to experience warp-induced headaches saying huntsmann begins to stress is an understatement. Not wanting to lose his hold now gained over ock + his longest lasting psyker his darling AdMech bf (sooon you’ll see 😈) steps in to help. Loosely servitor-izing the psyker, leaving him a barely functioning husk of a man and giving him a few extra mechanical bits and bobs. Devastated ock doesn’t give up though, still clinging to and confiding in William, knowing he’s still in there somewhere, and he does sometimes get very minimal responses from will! So he’s holding out hope (even if huntsman often uses William as threats for ock..)

Now’s that little guy I said we’d get to! This right here is huntsmann’s AdMech boyfriend and resident Gay wrongs partner in crime 🥰 they make a very lovey dovey duo who really just aren’t the best morally but it’s fiiinnneeeee :3 hunts’ nickname for him and what I call him the most (for ease) is ‘Mecha’ while his “government name” is technically ZV-186 but shush it’s fine

He’s the AdMech who servitorizes(sorta) will and does most of the upkeep to ensure Will doesn’t explode in raw warp power among other little things and cuddling with his bf. All and all a solid nasty little manbot for his nasty husband

Finally is one of my favorite little shitposty little guilty pleasure ideas for ock to lighten the load a bit and that is the lovely and hilarious fact that all of the chaos gods wanna recruit him to chaos but he’s just having none of it. nurgle and slaanesh are having the least of it, they’re just kinda low steaks not too worried about it and don’t mind wether or not they walk away with a new follower, tzeentch and Khorne however at at one another’s throat for this kid- tzeentch is pissed Khorne is stepping on his toes [psyker] while Khorne is just there bc ock has eight in his name and that’s his favorite.

Again it’s dumb and silly but hey, I love it and it gets a good chuckle outta me to imagine my skittish little guy being visited by chaos and trying to be tempted when he has literally no reason to (at most nurgle bc his dying for some familiar structure but even then doubtful)

Ignore my old Khorne design & my complicated tzeentch designs these were drawn before I settled on Khorne’s and simplified tzeentch

Ofc the icing on this stupid hc cake is emps just kinda rolls with it and blesses ock to avoid touch of chaos culling so he can just shill this little goober to chaos =w=

I’ve draw this format with ock & this commissar like three times over and it gets funnier every time…

Oooh!! Oh without a doubt, Ock’s sheer love for his little squeakers certainly surpasses any level of rational thought or imperial choke hold

Tbh, This is a really fun ask too bc nurgle is honestly the most likely of the chaos gods to be able to have a shot of tempting ock (to Tzeentch and khorne’s combined anguish) for more then one reason without too much chaos arm twisting (also I love this idea a lot actually!!! Hehehehehe ty for the opportunity to yap about it)

As it stands Ock’s a little guy who definitely knows, even if very vaguely, what a family felt like once and BOY does he want it back really really bad. To the point where he clings to just about anyone who can even begin to provide that same sensation even if only for a little.

The various soldiers and characters crossing his path on his inquisitor’s ship when showing even a shred of human decency find a little Psyker tailing them (to various degrees of sneaky depending on their duties & how comfortable they make ock’s little anxious self), aiding them in their duties and all and all being a little clingy fella during their time on the ship.

This behavior tends to be exponentially greater than it might be due to the two factors of his once father figure William no longer being in commission as such (servitorfication sadge) and the fact Huntsmann can be kind of iffy with new people interacting with ock & is very inconsistent with this. One moment he’s cut ock off from all contact but himself, his AdMech husband & the husk of a psyker will, the next he couldn’t care less who ock fraternizes with as long as the inquisitor can focus on his duties at hand (normally in times of high stress ock gets this freedom). Thus typically leaving ock very affection & touch starved so he books it to find a guardsman lurking around to make friends with in the few moments he is allowed to do so.

All this to say, ock is in a desperate hankering for some familial bonds. His rodent buddies are the closest thing he has to any sort of ‘stable’ relationships that don’t end in him being hurt, punished, or tossed aside due to his Psyker status and one of his only sources of unconditional love.

So definitely imagine the agony of loosing one of your family members to someone carelessly (very cruelly & unceremoniously so at that) taking that life from you because they thought it lesser.

Naturally as well, imagine your elation at the promise of not only that family member back in (mostly) working order but the promise of an even larger unconditionally loving family!

Ock would definitely be at the Nurgle garden family BBQ at that point lol

Ivan is a fun little guy bc he knew hunts back when he was a baby— as Huntsmann shockingly is following in papa Huntsmann’s footsteps of snatching up and training psykers and fella’s dad was more invested in this psyker child than his own son—

Made ock a new guardsman friend!! Poor little guy needs some more friends that aren’t— well barley conscious so made this fella ^^

A fun fact abt the guardsman on huntsmann’s ship is most tend to get a few augments or two since techpreists frequently travel through and mecha likes being able to easily communicate with the guard on board

Similar with hunts, who had a few small little augments to help him communicate and things with his hubby :3

Baby ock & will! I was working around ages and when ock was initially found (8yr) will was around 27!

Can’t have the art without hunts being his usual freak self— what does his pookie see in him I will never know 😔

A cross between Krieg’s mount breeds and a backwater world’s carnivorous war horse line, this beast makes a deadly mount for any aspiring to strike fear in the hearts of your squishy bodied enemies!

A fun fact is Huntsmann doesn’t really use hounds in his hunts like his father had, huntsman prefers that of his field (aka the people who ride in the hunt?) and so he’s just got this gaggle of crazed blood thirsty zealots who help him as stand in hounds :) very safe and I’m sure no one was ever hurt in a zeal filled piranha frenzy ever over whole gets to purge the heretic

Stories float around about the regiments ‘cryptid beast’ some say it’s a xenos they keep as a pet, others say it’s some horrid mutant they scooped up, but really it’s just a rowdy toddler the poor men can barely keep in one spot half the time—
