“Mister, What makes a great writer? How can one achieve this?”

Well, I am NO Author (as of yet) and am just taking the Senior High ABM Track but as a skilled writer with the merits of service to school publications and even my Tumblr blog (which has recently bumped to 14,000 followers), I’ll do my utmost in explaining all the shits that need be.

The ability to look through your reader's eyes! You can only be a good writer, if you are a good reader... Before writing anything, a writer first of all should consider the fact, that, will he/she be gripped with, or interested in the piece of writing, if it was given to him/her. Being a good writer, you actually step into the mind of your reader. This leads to perfection!

But on a broad perspective,

1. Good writers are inspired by other writers - Good writers read. There is a reason similar female characters appeared in Faulkner, Fitzgerald, Hemmingway, and O'Neil. They read each other. 2. Good writers run their worlds with a gentle - not authoritarian - hand. Many writers don't know how their story will end, not specifically. Writers create an interesting character, one that captures an archetype or a person seminal in their life, and they let the character develop itself.  Especially true with 19th century authors who wrote in serials. (Thackeray, Collins, Dickens, Gaskell). 3. Good writers kill the darlings - They revisit their work and edit. They remove plot lines, superfluous words, context.  (Notable exception to this is Anthony Trollope, he wrote (long hand) 3000 words a day, every day, and only had minor edits.)(1) 4. Good writers write to write. They don't write a book for the sake of writing a book.  Many authors who publish for money, yes, but I'd argue they are equally compelled; a gut reaction to something they experience, a character needing to be formed, a story that must be told. Good writers must be. 5. Good writers are confident and in touch with their own "truth". I'm not saying they are confident as people, and not always as writers. But good writers know when they write something that is good, true, in their voice - and when it's not. They just know. When they don't, sometimes they will produce subpar work anyway. And sometimes they won't produce at all; writer's block. 6. Good writers write about the human condition. At the center of all good books is something familiar: suffering, loss, coming of age, empowerment, spirituality, love, abandonment, self-actualization, etc. Psychoses, pathologies: being human. Themes that were first written by the Greeks 2000+ yrs ago, and Shakespeare 500+ years ago and are recycled, in countless ways, through the ages.

Here the ending I must the will to collectively liquidate my explanations rest to those of you.

What if 'Gundam SEED' was told from Flay's point of view? How would they approach it? Would it have been better?

Honestly, I don't know how I can answer that! I'm not the biggest fan of Flay (I think she is a spoiled-ass bitch that doesn't deserve to lick the bottom of a toilet!) No, the show would not have been better. In fact, it probably wouldn't be a recognizable Gundam series. That is NOT to say a female lead is wrong! The Gundam series needs strong female lead characters, and Flay is just too weak and manipulative to fit that role. Lacus would be a better choice, although she is also manipulative in her own way.

What I simply can't answer is how they would approach the series from Flay's POV. That answer eludes me, but as I said previously, it wouldn't be recognizable as a Gundam series. I just don't know.

I am sorry if that doesn't answer your question, but that is what I think.

Hi :) just wanted to check what characters from marvel and descendants that you write for?

OFC great question, romantically I prefer writing male x male, so that would be

MARVEL: Steve rogers, Bucky Barnes, Loki, Thor, Tony Stark, Clint Barton, Peter Parker, Bruce Banner, and then any other males you want to ask for I can lyk if I do them, if they aren't listed

DESCENDENTS: Harry Hook, Gil, Carlos, Jay, Ben, Hades and again any others you have an idea for you are welcome to ask :)

With female romance it'll depended on the story idea you have, so please don't be afraid to ask we can always work out an alternative if the original idea doesn't work out

Platonic wise tho, anyone and gender is welcome!

I hope this answers your question!! If you have anymore I'd be happy to answer <3 stay safe my gooberss

Any WIPs you feel like talking about?

So, I've actually been putting off answering this ask for a good while due to some low self esteem issues when it comes to the type of art that I've been making and what I've been up to. So! When it comes to personal Projects I've began work on a series of paintings sort of representing my feelings about what it's like to figure out that you're trans. Currently I only have two sketches one of which I will be censoring for viewer degression. The first image being something I would like to keep to view interpretation. The second is a nude self portrait because fuck you I can do what I want.

Any WIPs You Feel Like Talking About?

I've also been working on some pinups of one of my character's, mostly because I'm bored and partially because I want to improve at my proportions. My current goal when it comes to my artwork as we speak is just to improve and get better.

Any WIPs You Feel Like Talking About?

I've also been hard at work on some commissions and other projects which will be displayed once they're finished. A while ago I made a first page for a comic that I wanted to make about two priests entering a liminal horror cathedral of sorts. I want to go back to making that comic when the time comes, but I feel as if I've been sitting on a mountain of comics/graphic novel short stories for a very long time and I want to be able to actually get them released and Published when I can. Thank you all for being so patient with my bullshit, I will be posting more art soon I promise, life has gotten easier and harder in many ways and the next time I start work on something I will let yall know.

Hoi Skittles! I wanted to ask so you won't feel bored: What's your favorite movie that really touches your heart? Mines was The Little Prince

I don't really watch movies all that much 😭

But if I were to name one then I guess it'll be the dog movie (I forgot the name) where the dog is just waiting for his owner to return at the train station without knowing that the owner died (It's Japanese I think)
