O Allah, place light in my heart, and on my tongue light, and in my ears light and in my sight light, and above me light, and below me light, and to my right light, and to my left light, and before me light and behind me light. Place in my soul light. Magnify for me light, and amplify for me light. Make for me light and make me a light. O Allah, grant me light, and place light in my nerves, and in my body light and in my blood light and in my hair light and in my skin light. O Allah, make for me a light in my grave... And a light in my bones. Increase me in light, increase me in light, increase me in light. Grant me light upon light.
Al-Bukhari 11/116 (Hadith n.6316), Muslim 1/526 (Hadith n.763)
Ya'kub AlayhiSalam had specifically told Yusuf AlayhiSalam to not speak about his dream to his brothers. He had foreseen the jealousy of his brothers towards Yusuf, and he for his safety, and for the fear of their mischief, made sure that Yusuf AlayhiSalam wouldn't suffer from their evils. But, even though after all the precautions and care, his brothers still found a way to get rid of him. They still out of the already existing jealousy, caused him to be separated from his beloved father. This shows, that sometimes in our lives, we might take all the necessary steps to prevent a misfortune, we might be very cautious to not step on cracked glasses, but if its meant to happen, the feets will still bleed. If not from glass pieces, but with thorns that we couldn't see in our way. This is what Qadr is. Imagine the pain a father had gone through, when he earnestly tried to protect his one son, from his another sons, and still had to loose him to supposed death. But this doesn't mean we should loose hope when our plans fail. We should still be hopeful, even in intense grief and sorrow. This is what sabr upon the Qadr is.,that Ya'kub AlayhiSalam possessed, only to meet his son, in a much dignified position one day. As a Rasul, and a righteous ruler.
One more thing we are reminded from the story of Yusuf AlayhiSalam is that love and dislikes are a forms of rizq. No matter how handsome, and loving Yusuf AlayhiSalam was, his brothers still could never bring themselves to love him until he helped and forgave them after years and years of their last encounter.
Also, no matter how much his brothers tried to take his place in their father's heart, they couldn't. Even if he was supposedly dead, Ya'kub AlayhiSalam couldn't bring himself to love any other son more than he loved his Yusuf. The love and hatred we have, its like a share we've been given for each and every person who holds some position in our life. We cannot make someone love us, we cannot force them to care for us. And we cannot even love someone despite having resons to ! Similarly we cannot make someone hate us ,those who are meant to give us love, they will. Those who aren't, won't. We might hate people without any reason, until one day we realise, it wasn't even justified and we will need our own time to process things. Everyone does. Things come, when its time for them to come. Not early. Nor late. But on their appointed time. At the very perfect time, Allah makes things happen!

Haşr Suresi Hakkında
Medine döneminde inmiştir. 24 âyettir. Sûre, adını ikinci ayette geçen “elHaşr” kelimesinden almıştır. Haşr, toplamak demektir. Sûrede başlıca,Medine’de yaşamakta olan ve Hz.Peygamberle yaptıkları antlaşmaya ihanet ederek İslâm toplumunu ortadan kaldırmak üzere Mekkeli müşriklerle ittifak yapan Nadîroğulları’nın Medine’den topluca sürülmesi hadisesi ile Yahudilerle antlaşma yapan münafıklar konu edilmektedir.
Özellikle sûrenin ilk âyeti ile son üç âyetinde, bütün varlıkların Allah’ı eksikliklerden tenzih ettiği, O’nun birliği, yüceliği, ilminin sınırsızlığı, rahmet ve şefkatinin enginliği, irade ve gücünün mutlaklığı, eşsiz yaratıcı olduğu belirtilerek kalplere tevhid inancının, Allah sevgisi ve saygısının yerleştirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. 2-10. âyetlerde antlaşmalarını bozan bir yahudi kabilesinin başına gelen sürgün felâketi örnek gösterilip bundan ibret alınması istenmekte ve müslümanlara toplum olarak elde edilen imkânların paylaştırılması konusunda yol gösterilip ideal mümin tipiyle ilgili tasvirler yapılmaktadır. 11-17.
