Theres this taunt in Super Smash Bros with Palutena where she like spins on her staff kinda, idk how to describe it, let me find a video

here

… Do you think Affo could do that if he wanted to?

Im looking through all the Cookies w staffs or like “long stick weapons” to see who I think would do that and I’m mostly thinking Golden Cheese, Latte, and perhaps Affo if he was feeling silly.

I recently noticed how basically every piece of fanart that involves the hotel lobby in some way ineviteably has the old style couches from the season 1 Hotel. Obviously only talking about the comics/situations that are supposed to play after the end of season 1.

I genuinely wonder if they chose to stick with the old designs for them, seeing as they kissed the old art-deco Hotel goodbye as well (rip, it will be missed)

Feels to me like they would change the internal design to match the newer look of the Hotel.

Sometimes I wished I had the ability to swap and change parts of my body, like how you'd remove pieces of a doll and give them new pieces from a different one. That would be nice.

Am I the only one who finds it weird that when women have body hair it's considered unattractive, gross, unfeminine, unnatural, and so on. But when men are covered from head to toe in hair it's considered normal, natural, manly, and even attractive.

I never really understand this logic, or any other gender related double standards for that matter. It just seems silly to me.

Say What You Will About Big Eyed Characters Looking Goofy, I Honestly Really Love This Art Trope.

Say what you will about big eyed characters looking goofy, I honestly really love this art trope.

Sure, sometimes it can take up too much of the characters face, but when done right, it can look really unique and can have a charm of its own.

Alright, let‘s get down to business.

Why again is beauty solely reserved to females in human society?

For context the other day, I was wearing my paisley bandana hairband. I like hairbands, but I usually can‘t wear them, because the pressure behind my ears hurts. the bandana was the perfect solution. That was, which my co worker said to me, that I looked beautiful, just like a girl. I am aware she didn’t mean to offend me in any way, shape or form and I hold no grudge against her in particular, just against the fact that there are still adjectives clearly assigned to one gender. Be it beautiful, strong, cool, compassionate. We can find these attributes in every human being, and beauty most of all is not defined by gender.

I am well aware that people around this world perceive beauty differently. Beauty standards change drastically over time. My vision of beauty is somewhat detached from gender and outer appearance. Humans come in many different shapes and to value the beauty of all those shapes is something I really enjoy as an artist. But another part there are other parts I deem integral to the beauty of a person, namely authenticity, kindness and imperfection.

Now I know how that sounds, but here me out. I’ve never seen the beauty in people putting on a mask, be it to hide their personality or the flaws in their skin. I am well aware that especially neurodivergent individuals often need to mask to survive, I have been there myself. But the moment they unmask, they are so thrilling, so vibrant, so beautiful in tapping into their full potential. As for imperfections, I think the most beautiful things are those found in nature itself. And those always have little flaws, making them unique, meaning that beauty can be found anywhere in Nature, be that in landscapes, animals, flowers. art music or humans, the possibilities are endless.

I think we should embrace beauty as a part of our lives without tying it to femininity, because it reduces our ability to recognise beauty drastically by stripping is of looking in all the other places where beauty might hide in this world.

Thank you for coming to my ted-talk. There is something healing about typing this out and feeling how the thoughts calm down un my head. Please don’t point any hate at my coworker, She is a sweet person and meant well, it is just the concept as a whole, that disgusts me.

I wish I could make gifs.

I’d make all the Sam/Jack gif sets to all the Taylor Swift lyrics.

We can all blame Allison for acting shitty in s3 of the umbrella academy but what we can't ignore is what she went through. No one paid attention to the way she struggled. Losing a child is something i can't even imagine, sure you can argue that she got her back but the emotional turmoil must have been unbearable for her. She tried to make herself happy and pretend everything was alright but at the end of the day she's just one woman that was going through hell. Of course this doesn't excuse everything she did but it does make it understandable, to me atleast. I don't have kids, but if I did I would do unimaginable things to make sure they were happy and safe even if that makes me a bad person. I relate to Allison and I understand. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

ALRIGHT WHAT IS PROMISED IS A DEBT, LOVEWEB HYPERFIXATIONS GO!in This Episode: "details"

MANON WITH [circle with all but upper left quadrant black] EYES FOR GLOW IS CANON! (yeah, i definitively predicted it, and im definitively taking all credit for a casuality while looking like an idiot, spaking of, where is the punchline of this jok-)

ALRIGHT WHAT IS PROMISED IS A DEBT, LOVEWEB HYPERFIXATIONS GO!in This Episode: "details"

now we have credits for the VAs of loveweb! i wanted to say thank you for making the peeps feel so alive! (i could really feel the... "non-bynary..ness? yeah thats a word now" on manon!)

ALRIGHT WHAT IS PROMISED IS A DEBT, LOVEWEB HYPERFIXATIONS GO!in This Episode: "details"

"fake" miku and gondola are back! that was a nice callback to the other episodes! (my guess is that miku plays spy because of the suit n tie, and gondola plays soldier because it likes to fly around using the rocket launcher)

does he know? (and does he like sam and max?)

ALRIGHT WHAT IS PROMISED IS A DEBT, LOVEWEB HYPERFIXATIONS GO!in This Episode: "details"

manon is a pyro main? not confirmed but i theorize it could be because of pyro-vision, i mean, come on, i cant be the only one who thinks that, right?

ALRIGHT WHAT IS PROMISED IS A DEBT, LOVEWEB HYPERFIXATIONS GO!in This Episode: "details"

ok lets take a break its just... wow, that... got emotional for a moment... but i like this, cybermare had to take an "edgy older sister" moment in order to solve things out, which was cool to see, as based as she is, we all commit mistakes, and i understand having something so dear to you getting massacred and neglected by its creator (anyone remembers angry birds? wait im derailing here-) also the part where she didnt want manon to take things personaly but the misunderstanding happened... yeah that my whole life, and it sucks, so im at least glad that had a little bit of cover on that, alongside being able to talk things out peacefully and understanding the viewpoint of the other person, i feel like thats something that is slowly being lost as internet goes further into its existence and in real life too! seriouslly its not so hard explaining why you think like you think in a non-agressive way folks!

ALRIGHT WHAT IS PROMISED IS A DEBT, LOVEWEB HYPERFIXATIONS GO!in This Episode: "details"

and to finish... "oh! I know you don't like being touched so this is how i show affection!" i swear this freaking cat is autistic in some way WHY AM I PROYECTING OVER THIS

so yeah i really liked this new episode! it has a bit of everything and covers tf2 from all angles like it promised! i learned some stuff! (and i might aswell try team fortress 2 classic and open fortress, they seem fun! i really need to practice my aim...) so yeah, thank you for everything shadok!

i'm posting in AO3 for the first time and oh my god I never thought formatting would be such a pain in the ass. Absolutely love the website but I guess I'm not used to formatting things in that way

Wondering how and why are my fics with ocs that are related to no fandom at all have more views and/or likes than the ones that do have a fandom attached

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I'm happy people are finding out about my ocs

But I'm just so confused like ??? The reach of a non-fandom oc driven story should be way less than the one of a specific fandom with some canon characters thrown in there, no???

Either way I'm happy just very confused lol

anyone else just see other people's art and it's like stunning and it took them a lot of time and effort and then you look at your own art and it's just unorganized scribbles of the autism creature and some character you think is neat
