God, why can’t I have a fully functional working memory?

I just got hit with the soul crushing reminder that I’ll never be normal.

I’ll never be mature enough, I’ll never remember enough, and I’ll always be this way.

Me: Oh, I need to remember to do something at work tomorrow. I'll send myself an email.

Me: Who the heck is emailing me this late?

Me: ...
