Prince Steffon the oldest of King Robert and Queen Cersei is wed to Lord Eddard Starks eldest daughter, the Lady Sansa Stark. A well paired match, It seems the young prince is enamoured with his betrothed. That can be applied to the little Lady Stark, seen attached to his side.
