I can't draw, but here's a lil silly thng I made for this prompt bc it fits my boi Echo so well.
The Batch are on a mission, it's been ages since Echo's been with them. They're retrieving something for Cid in a cavern system or something. As they make a quick exit, running from a swarm of mynocks or something, they use their grappling hooks to climb up a shaft that leads to the surface, only to discover that their exit is a narrow outcropping, they still have some way to climb upwards, and they don't have their grapple guns. Oops. They're all trying to think of a solution, when all of a sudden Echo's like: "I got this" and he has a go-go gadget moment with his arm switching up into one of these:
And Hunter, Crosshair & Wrecker are all like WTF:
Playing chess with Tech be like :
Tech : « No. If you do that I’m gonna do that. If you do that I’m gonna do that. If you do this I’m gonna do that. »
Me : « … well what if I just- »
Tech : « You do NOT wanna do that. »
I’ll take the arm wrestling with Wrecker thank you very much. My arm will heal faster than my ego.

Last week, we were trying to decide if we would rather adopt Batcher or Gonky 🥹 While there were several valiant campaigns pushing for our favorite GNK droid to win the vote, ultimately Batcher took the prize by a slim margin — 52% out of 200 votes!

Welcome to Episode 6 of Bad Batch Would You Rather!!!
Last week, we thought about what Echo would rather do if he had to switch his scomp out for the day...would he want a whisk or spatula in its stead?? Well...it became clear very quickly that the fandom thinks he would rather have the spatula...mostly for the purpose of whacking people with it. I mean, that's very fair, and the spatula attachment won with 64.4% of 205 votes.
So, there's that, folks! 😂
This week, we have a question brought to us by an anonymous source...so, whoever you are, kind soul, thank you for this question! I think it's adorable! So I'm using it!!
Obviously, the safer option would to sit across a Dejarik board with sweet, kind little Omega; however, I know there are some among us with a wild side and would LOVE to go Podracing. I mean, c'mon. PODRACING!!!! And maybe Tech would even let us get second place, if we ask nicely.

Echo has somehow managed to sleep through becoming a mermaid. He thought he was safe to get some sun finally. Evidently, he was not.

getting a haircut A sweet peaceful moment between crosshair and tech after crosshair hadn't shaved in a while. Even with tech's ribbing, crosshair can't help but relax.
i'm not sure why, but I really struggled with this one. Still feels like its not completely done, but I just have to accept it and move on.

Prompt: Water Gun Fight
*Crosshair and Omega keep to the shadows of Pabu with their water guns close to their chests.*
Crosshair: And you’re sure you saw Hunter come this way?
Omega: Yes! He’s not to far from us now.
*Omega looks through her binoculars*
Omega: See! There he is!
*Hunter stands in the middle of a street corner, looking oblivious.*
Omega: He’s just standing there! Is… Is he playing bait?
Crosshair: Uh-huh.
Omega: Well, there’s not really a risk. Let’s go get him.
Crosshair: Something’s off… Where’s Wrecker?
*Omega fastening herself to a zip line to ambush Hunter*
Omega: I guess we will find out!
Crosshair: Omega! Wait!
*Omega zip lines down to the street corner, disconnects herself while she still has momentum, and somersaults into Hunter, spraying him with water.*
Omega: I got you!
Hunter: AND I GOT YOU! Wrecker!
Wrecker: ABOUT TIME!
*Wrecker appears from around the corner and presses a button, igniting all of the sprinkler heads at once, drenching Omega and Hunter.*
Week 2: Injured
Summer of Bad Batch | Crosshair x Hunter | Post-Tantis Rescue on Pabu | One Shot | 349 words
Hunter slides the patio door open and steps out, “You’re still up?”
Crosshair gave a silent hello with a gentle nod as he briefly removed his toothpick. He kicks back and sinks more into his chair with an audible exhale.
“Did Omega get to sleep?” Crosshair asks Hunter without taking his gaze from the star-speckled horizon.
“Yeah,” Hunter chuckles as he sits down next to Crosshair. “She took quite the spill today, didn’t she?”
Remaining silent, Crosshair looks off to the side away from Hunter.
“She’s okay, Crosshair. AZ is looking after her. She’ll be fine,” Hunter assures.
Crosshair nods and meets Hunter’s gaze, “I know.” He looks back to the horizon and continues to fidget with his toothpick.
“Then what is it?” Hunter furrows his eyebrows.
Feeling pressed, Crosshair sighs and gathers his thoughts.
“I didn’t realize this… desire to protect her would last after rescuing her from Tantis,” he confesses. “I didn’t know I would continue to worry.”
“I understand,” Hunter nods. “We’re clones, but I never know what she’ll do next. I’d do anything for that kid. ”
“It’s exhausting,” Crosshair shakes his head and chuckles, “But I’d also do anything for her.”
Hunter smiles and chuckles with Crosshair in agreement. Hunter continued to look at his brother and smiled in contentment.
“What?” Crosshair snarks, feeling Hunter’s eyes.
“There was a while where I never thought we’d get you back,” Hunter reveals.
“How touching,” Crosshair snakes expressionless without taking his attention off the horizon and his toothpick. He side-eyes Hunter, who still had his eyes locked on him; Crosshair then clears his throat, “I mean…” He hesitates and removes his toothpick from his lips.
“What?” Hunter raises an eyebrow, amazed that Crosshair may say more than his conversation-ending catch phrase.
“I once mentioned to you that kids weren’t your area of expertise,” Crosshair looks at Hunter.
“Uh-huh?” Hunter nodded, remembering the exchange in the Kamino spaceport years ago.
“I was right,” Crosshair sighs and returns to looking out over the Pabu coastline.
Hunter’s lips turn upward into a sly smile, “It’s good to have you back, Crosshair.”
